Renee at JL did a great job from the first contact. She asked many valuable questions to help understand our needs and timeframe. We used her suggestion of using 3 men at move. Rates based on size of crew. Crew showed up exactly on time. Wore masks due to COVID-19. Finished moving tasks ahead of our budgeted time. Crew was very polite. Nothing damaged. Highly recommend JL as a quality moving company.

Very good customer service. Renee was outstanding! Movers were on time, polite and wrapped all furniture. No additional charge for their use of moving blankets and shrinkwrap. I m using them again!

I needed to move out of state on short notice after the original moving company I intended to use scammed me! They are family owned and operated - handling everything from answering the phone call to evaluating for an estimate to loading, driving, and unloading all belongings. Renee was very reassuring throughout the process and kept me in the loop the entire way. I felt completely taken care of! Costs were similar to other quotes and the customer service provided definitely exceeded my expectations! If I ever have to move again, I would hire JL Moving!

Awesome service. Renee was great from start to finish. Her guidance made the preparations easy and non-stressful. The moving crew was punctual, very professional, and they worked unbelievably hard.
