I sent an email listing work needed, but never received a call.

Went well, maybe on the expensive side, but this is my first experience with mold remediation, so I can't judge.

It when very well. Their timeliness was unbelievable. Even on a Friday evening I was speaking with Steve and he was walking me through what needed to be done and how to proceed before we even agreed on their services. They did the work very carefully and promptly, and after it was done all tests came back clear. They were extremely knowledgeable, but the best part was how personable they were, and treated you with the utmost concern and respect. Top notch business hands down

Company did a great job. Work was thorough and those who did the work were friendly, professional, were very conscientious of their surroundings and cleaned up well when they were done. They were a little more expensive than other companies I've used in the past but it was reflected in the quality of work provided. I would definitely use them again.

I have a specialty carpet that requires no chemicals be used in the cleaning process and there was no argument to try to "sell" me something I didn't want. The work was done professionally and the outcome was beautiful.

Called due to slight mold spots on ceilings in 2 bedrooms and moisture on walls, feared issue in the attic. They came out the same day and immediately checked the humidity level in the house - it was extremely high. They checked the attic and looked at the spots in the bedrooms. Recommended running dehumidifier and having furnace checked for correct settings. Very nice, professional, offered solutions. Did not charge for this quick visit.

It went very well. I am allergic to molds. They were very thorough. It was the first time i did business with them. The first person they sent out wasn't the owner of the company and he was a little timid. I had to have the owner come out and give me a thorough analysis. I will give them a "B" because of that. I did not compare the prices but the rate was good.

We woke up on a rainy Friday morning to find that our basement was flooded. The lateral sewer pipe for our home had become blocked by tree roots causing flooding. After consulting Angie's List, I immediately called ERS regarding cleanup. Representatives visited my property quickly on the morning of our sewer issue to provide an assessment of the work that needed to be done and the cost for such services. As the terms were fair and agreeable to us, we contracted with ERS to clean the basement. During the cleanup process, employees were reliable and prompt. The quality of the services provided by ERS was excellent. The basement was clean and dry after services. I would say it was even cleaner than before the sewer issue. The company was also very responsive to questions regarding billing.

I had a Deal Watch from the Milwaukee Journal so the price was reasonable. I scheduled my appointment several weeks in advance as I had to take off of work to have my carpets clean. I called a couple of days in advance to confirm my appointment. I got home from work, had a friend come over to help me move my furniture outside so it would be easier for the cleaners. My appointment was between 2 & 4. At 3:45 I called to find out if they were still coming. I was advised that they called to say the were on the way and I told them I got new carpet and didn't need them to come. Of course this was not true. They did not have anyone available to come that day so I had to reschedule. The next week they arrived on time and both men were pleasant. After the carpet was cleaned, it still had several spots that did not come out. In the past I cleaned my carpets myself. I guess I expected it to look better when it was professionally cleaned. Next time I have my carpets cleaned I will pay the extra charge to have the spots pretreated. I paid extra to have a stain resistant coating applied. After they left I was looking at the bill and noticed that I was charged more than I was quoted. I called and was refunded the amount I was over charged.

They were polite, courteous, prompt, and a great company to deal with.

It went well - had a little issue with payment; however, it was resolved appropriately.

All I did was call them, and even though it was in the evening, a live person answered the phone, and they were here within the hour. They looked at the damage, told me how long they felt it would take, and what they would charge, and the next day, off to work they went.

They told us the bill was to be $2500-$3000 and the bill came in the mail for $8500.00. It took us to go to the BBB and Contact 6 for them to contact us and agree to settle at $4500.00.
