CRAFTSMAN COMPUTER SVC

Sorry, thought I had saved review I wrote some time ago. Briefly I took an old computer in to have him try to retrieve pictures that appeared then faded.I was assured that if they appeared at first that they were there somewhere. Told them I wanted pictures, did not care about computer.They claimed they tried to call me, so there was a few weeks delay. When I did see them they said that my pictures were still in my computer as well as whatever they were downloading them to. The first disc they gave me was blank.The next one had a few things from "My Documents" on it. Confronting them, they said that pictures are usually put into the documents folder, so they just copied my documents. That is not the comprehensive search we discussed and agreed upon. I said oh, well, I will try something else and took my computer. Finding that the computer would not turn on, I went back to the store and they admitted that they wiped the hard drive and sold it. So, the lying b******, who apparently did not even try to do what I asked considered the lousy $25 or so he got for the used hard drive more important than my lost sentimental pictures.
