Meinholz Overhead Door

I submitted a request for a quote on the weekend. Travis responded on Sunday evening. I received two other bids Monday morning. Travis was the least costly. I called for service on Monday morning. Travis commited to be at our house between 1:00 & 2:00 that afternoon. Travis was on time and finished the project in 30 minutes. He is professsional and personable. He charged us what he quoted. I will hire him if we need futue garage work. Travis is the owner and technician for his company.

Great one-man operation. Prompt, did the work quickly, and charged a fair price for the service.

Walked me through step-by-step with a follow up trouble-shoot with the sensor via the phone. Used the coupon from this site.

What do I know about garage doors? Nothing. He could have charged me hundreds. But all I needed was a little oil. Under $100 for everything.Honest honest honest.

It went very well. I was prepared to pay a considerable sum to fix the problem. Menthols did not take advantage of me. He quickly realigned the sensors for a fraction of the cost of what I was afraid I'd have to spend to fix the problem.

Price was right, job done quickly, they work great.

So impressed and happy with using Meinholz Overhead doors. He scheduled my appointment quickly, showed up precisely on time and gave me good news. Was able to inspect and resolve my door problems without a charge. Love using the "smaller" company guys. They are genuine, have so much integrity and there for you in the future. Great. Travis did everything very well. He fit my job into his schedule promptly.

Travis was on time, he was professional, he told me exactly what was wrong and gave me options to fix it including price. The work was completed in a very timely manner. The only thing I was not told up front was that there was a fuel surcharge for travel greater than 15 miles ($25).

Was a painless process. I am very handy around the house - but this job should be left to the professionals. Very dangerous. They replaced and recycled old springs.

Travis did an excellent job. I called him around 9am on a Friday and he was met me at my house at 3pm same day. He was got everything fixed and replaced quickly and effectively.

Great service from local business. Owner does the work. Showed up as scheduled, promptly fingured out the issue, and went to work. Finished quickly. Answered my questions without any "hedging". And yes, Travis was very personable and friendly, a trait that I still believe is important. Recommend without reservations (really!). After speaking with the owner, Travis I felt comfortable that he would get the job done correctly and at a fair price. He came today and was very professional, honest and punctual. Travis did an excellent job replacing our door. He doesn't try to get you to pay for anything more than you need.

My garage door was stuck and wouldn't open on its own. Travis came out to do the work the same day that I called him. He did a great job. I would definitely call him again for any garage door needs I might have in the future.
