Trent has done work for us in the past and we have not had a better plumber. He came and disconnected all of the plumbing for our countertop installation the first day, as well as performing repairs on two other leaky faucets. He came back after the countertops were installed and completed the job, making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. His prices are very reasonable as well.
Description of Work: Disconnecting and reconnecting all kitchen plumbing for countertop installation, plus two other faucet repairs.

Trent Mefford provided outstanding service. He was responsive to our calls, came on time, and worked long hours to keep us on schedule. He spent close to an hour (which he did not charge us for) helping us plan the location and layout of our new basement bathroom, demonstrating an exceptional amount of knowledge regarding structural issues, ducts, and design in addition to his plumbing expertise. He made an extra trip to meet with us and the builder before beginning the work to make sure everyone was on the same page. He communicated his schedule very clearly so that we knew exactly what would be finished when, and he stuck to it. During the jackhammering period when he was moving water to the new area of the basement, he brought in his brother (who is a flooring guy) one day so that he'd be able to finish faster and keep us on schedule. We had several plumbing emergencies unrelated to our new bathroom during one of the weeks that he had not planned to come in, including a toilet flushing improperly and a sink refusing to drain. For the toilet, he spend over 15 minutes on the phone with me giving me advice and trying to talk me through fixing it myself (I was unable to do it, but he eventually figured out what the problem was and fixed it). He also made a special service trip to our house at 7pm after a long day of work elsewhere to deal with our kitchen sink. He was eager to share knowledge with us so that we would understand our plumbing situation and be able to avoid problems, and at all stages he gave us options of work we could reasonably do ourselves to reduce the costs of the project. He also went out of his way to meet our scheduling needs, which included being willing to work in a small space at the same time as the builder, electrician, and H/V guy. In addition to being a master plumber, Trent is an all-around knowledgeable person - he noticed, for example, that a plate on our doorknob was on backwards, which was causing the door to stick. We would call him back in a second for any plumbing job.
Description of Work: Moved water 25 feet across the basement to put in a new bathroom. This included jackhammering the concrete floor, installing new pipes, covering up the pipes with new concrete, installing a new drain in the basement floor, and installing a shower, toilet, and sink. He also installed our dishwasher, fixed a toilet in another bathroom that wasn't flushing well, reinstalled a garbage disposal that the handyman had done poorly, fixed a clog in the laundry room sink, and fixed our overflowing kitchen sink. Basically, he did every plumbing job imaginable for us, plus some.
