 + 0 moreWe signed a contract generally describing the work to be performed. We got more than our money's worth. Bob is very meticulous and has a wide variety of skills. Aside from that, he is a pleasure to know and to work with. If you have a challenging carpentry job or are looking for custom built cabinets, you will not go wrong hiring this company.
Description of Work: Installed windows for us, including rebuilding interior trim - result was the new windows with trim look exactly like the original. Bob made custom molding where needed and improved the framework in a few places. He also installed a new door, and redid a door frame which eliminated a draft problem.

 + -1 moreThe quality of Bob Arthur's cabinets and his performance throughout his six month involvement in the project has been outstanding. Besides the high quality of his workmanship, Bob's interaction with his customer and with all the subcontractors who worked on the project has been completely cooperative and supportive. I wholeheartedly recommend Bob Arthur to anyone who wants custom cabinets of superior quality at a reasonable cost.
Description of Work: Bob Arthur designed, built and installed high quality custom cabinets in my client's kitchen. He also removed the old kitchen cabinets and custom installed them in my client's basement recreation room. The value of the cabinets Bob Arthur made and installed in my client's kitchen is worth twice what he charged.
