Description of Work: Changed thermostat at our cabin breaker for thermostat on off cabin is winterized. Came in did repair and left furnace on.When we came up to the cabin found entire tank of LP gone. When contacted told me it was my responsibility and in no way was it his.

 + -1 moreHouse was finished being built February of 2014, Chuck, the owner, came in September of same year just to hook up air conditioner. When he arrived he asked where we wanted to put the air conditioner. We wanted the air conditioner on the backside of the house. He came back and told us he did not have enough copper (original pricing was included with estimate he gave to the builder). So instead of giving us a choice of paying extra he put it in the front of the house. We have had TwinBridge for at least 7 years prior with no issues money wise. Chuck has a very poor attitude and simply rushed just to get the job done. I do not know anybody that has a air conditioner in the front of their house. It looks very tacky. And not to mention the electrician had to come back out to finish the wiring which cost us money out of pocket because the electricians estimate was the air-conditioner being in the back of the house.
Description of Work: Sub contracted with home builder. Installed air conditioner.
