+ 1 moreOverall it went great. As stated above it was a major remodel. New windows, floors, electric, insulation. We ended up spending more than originally budgeted, but this was an old cottage and there were some surprises as the building was taken apart. It turned out beautiful. Tom works with his son and one other person, they were all great to work with. They had good ideas, were open to changes and suggestions.
Description of Work: Major remodeling on an old cottage, totally removed roof, added on a master bedroom loft with bathroom and office area. Remodeled first floor living area and kitchen, replaced floors, insulation, installed a woodburning stove. We were able to use our own plumbers, cabinet people, etc.
