This had to be the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!. Two words would describe Dama , TERRIBLE !! & OVERPRICED !!. The professionalism was terrible also . The technician came in our beautiful home with a hand cart that had grease on the wheels from there warehouse and as well as a box that the water heater was in that was full of grease !!. They dragged it in on top of our new carpet and got grease all over it . Terrible Mess!!. Then they left the home without wiring the water heater . Not to mention they left live energized wires in the basement that were never capped off and was a fire hazard waiting to happen . I had to have the unit wired as they were going to charge me separately as another cost . We stayed two days without water because of this irresponsible and careless contractor. I would never recommend them for anything again!’

MEN ON THE JOB WERE GREAT....ALWAYS RESPECTFUL AND KIND....VERY TRUSTFULL.....CAME TO THE COTTAGE MANY TIMES TO DO PLUMBING UPDATES B4 THE ACTUAL SPECTIC SYSTEM WAS PUT IN....SPECTIC INSTALLATION TOOK FAR LONGER THAN WHAT WAS EXPECTED..... COTTAGE WAS LEFT W/O WATER OR SEWER FOR MONTHS....AT THE CONCLUSION OF INSTALLATION, THE MEN WENT TO ANOTHER JOB B4 THEY WERE ASSIGNED OR ATTEMTED TO FINISH THE INSIDE HOOK UP (WHICH THE OWNER SAID WAS NOT IN MY CONTRACT....UNCLEAR IN CONTRACT)...... THE MEN DID GET REASSIGNED THE COTTAGE TO MIMIMUM HOOK UP SERVICE....I HIRED ANOTHER PLUMBER TO FINISH THE REMAINING INSIDE WORK AT AN EXTRA EXPENSE. ALL IN ALL...THE MEN DO EXCELLANT WORK....THE ISSUE WAS WITH ORDERS, SCHEDULING, AND LACK OF FOLLOW THRU ON THE COMPANIES PART. HOPE ALL THE ISSUE HAVE CLEARED UP BY NOW. I LEARNED TO GET EVERYHING IN WRITING!

Jeff went through the house and inspected fixtures in the bathroom with odor and the laundry area as well as the basement plumbing. He then asked to look at the main bathroom where I had not noticed the odor. He located the nonvented sink and said that was probably the source of the problem. He vented the sink, explained details to me and answered the numerous questions that I had. He also gave me a quote to hook up a water softener. The odor is gone. I am very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and quality work of this company. I have used them before and will use them again.

Everything went very well. My wife said the work was completed quickly and the service man kept her informed with what was going on. He quickly found the problems and fixed them. My wife was very pleased with the results and having the option of completing some of the easier things ourselves to save money(replacing the April aire filter and thermostat). The furnace runs less and is much more efficient due to his expertise. We are very pleased with the repairs completed by damas plumbing and heating.

Dama showed up the same day, at the promised time. The problem was diagnosed and a replacement part was ordered. Service was cut off to the outside faucet. The ordered part arrived as promised and was install that day. As always, the job site was left neat and clean and the bill was reasonable

The plumber who fixed the pipes was very professional, explained everything, cleaned up. He was on time. They did a wonderful job. The pipes look better as well as following code, the shower no longer has a leak and the odor is gone. I would use this plumbing company again.

I don't know enough about them to say that I recommend them. I just had them for that one short visit. They fixed what was wrong, it was only a loose connection and nothing had to be replaced. They did the best for what I called them to do. The person who came to fix the leak was very nice. He even apologized for having to charge me that much for such a small service but that's fair on the whole. They had a minimum amount just to come out, which they charged me. That gentleman did not have anything to say about that. I understood that they don't come out for less than that. I did not feel good for having to pay $75 for that service. I would probably try to find someone else in the area so that I don't have to use them.
