He did a great job! The new boards which he provided and laid amongst my existing maple flooring look great and blend in very nicely. He was responsive and great to work with!

Keith was very professional and understanding. He loved working with reclaimed materials and clearly knew his stuff.

Excellent work and workers. They had to do half then move all furniture back and do the rest.

The job was started and finished according to schedule. I thought they did an excellent job, and there wasn't a speck of dust left over. There are a few spots that I might have them come look at where it's hard to tell if the imperfection is the result of the sanding or the years of wear-and-tear. Obviously, we didn't want them to sand the floors too low, so we were willing to live with a few of the marks that were left since the people that lived in the house before us had lots of house plants. Our rooms look twice as big now, and the finish is lovely.

Even though Precision did a good job in the initial flooring, we felt they did not this time. They did not put in flooring in the areas the contractor indicated were needed in the kitchen, despite being told more than once to do so, there was one area of the flooring which was very visible where there were knots with holes and indentations in the wood, part of the flooring was extremely rough as well and seemed unfinished. They left a message on my contractor's voicemail that was unrelated to the project and very unprofessional. When I heard it, I decided that I did not want Keith (the owner) in my house again. I don't know what happened to this company in the intervening years, because they did a very good job when we hired them to put our floors in. This time they did not perform quality work and they did not act in a professional manner.

OK. I think they do an OK job but they seem to want to cut corners where ever possible. I had multiple quotes, but really didn't understand wood flooring techniques until recently. Precision, asked if they could leave the existing floor molding on and just a finishing piece after the wood floor was in. I accepted that and later found other wood flooring professionals to ask who would do that? They finished the job and we found sharp "spurs" all over so we asked him to come back and he agreed it wasn't a great job and then refinished it. good now...
