+ -1 moreCouldn't be better. Quick response during heat spell ( next day ). Older household unit had frozen up. Could have talked me into a new unit, instead he offered a much cheaper solution... That has worked now for a month. Honest, reliable, would happily recommend !

+ -1 moreMy second floor air conditioning unit went out during an extended heat spell. I'd never used McCutchin before, but he responded quickly to my call, came over and immediately identified the problem, left to get the part, and returned to finish the job, all in about a 4-hour time frame. My total bill including the part was about $180. I'd use McCutchin again without hesitation.

+ -1 moreIt is just a one-person operation and he is very good. He is extremely competent, and I have used him for a long time. I would rate him highly and would continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: I use Mc Cutchin Heating & AC to come out every fall to check my furnaces. On his last visit, he checked the furnaces and got them ready for the winter.
