I honestly can’t say enough good things about Latitude.43. They have responded quickly and efficiently every time. Matt is the most professional, intelligent, friendly, transparent, honest, and hard-working tech I have ever worked with. I immediately signed up for their contract program and it has paid off right before winter. I wouldn’t call any other company in the Madison area. Their prices are fair, so didn't need to spend time calling around, and I know we can count on them for ALL of our heating and cooling needs!

Latitude 43 did a great job on my service and I would recommend them to anyone. During a busy time of the year, they were able to get my new furnace installed and up and running within a few days of scheduling and had two technicians on-site throughout the day to ensure it was only a one-day job. Very responsive and helpful throughout.

Working with Spencer at Latitude.43 has been a great experience. He really knows his stuff and recently helped to repair an AC unit that had stopped working. I own a duplex and my tenants are about to have a grad party for their daughter when the AC stopped working. It’s been 90 degrees and they were worried for the party. Spencer came through quick to figure out what parts had failed and replaced them with no issue. Working with him has been a breeze, and as a property owner, it’s a great feeling to have an HVAC professional I trust and can call on when I need.
