Brian was able to service the central air unit quickly. He is very professional and friendly. He explained what he did in terms I could understand. They installed the unit 30 years ago and this was the first service it needed.

The responsiveness was fantastic (2 hour wait time on a bitter cold night during the holidays) and the repair was done right the first time. While he was fixing, the temp in the house was dropping 1 degree every 10 minutes and by morning we might have had frozen pipes. The price was a little shocking (maybe 1/5 cost of an entirely new furnace installed) but as cold as it was there was not a better option. They said if we decided to replace the furnace in the near future, they would give us some credit for the repair towards a new one. Another plus....he wrote up the invoice on an iPad and I was able to pay for the work by credit card on the spot. No waiting for the bill to come in the mail. I would strongly recommend High Tech.

fixed our furnace within hours on a sub-zero evening. We would not have made it till morning without burst pipes. They were there within hours, and fixed in one stop. Had to replace a fan motor, which he had in his truck. Several weeks later, we decided to have them replace the old furnace and they credited us for the original repair parts. Highly recommend this outfit!

When we went to use the AC after the furnace install it was discovered that something wasn't done right during the furnace install that affected the A.C. to kick in. They took care of the problem at no charge.

Their prices are decent. Considering the area, they are quite competitive. They are a good company. These people come when you call. They do good work. Their prices are right. They believe in customer service.

David is honest and would not sell you a system you did not need. I have been happy with all of the workers. They have always gone above and beyond my expectations. They also sell a superior product. I would encourage anyone to get a quote and consider them.
