+ 0 morei had raw sewage in my new basement because he never put the pump in and then said it was never put in because I had not paid for it. Well of course it was not paid for charged for seen as it had not been installed. I had someone else finish the job.
Description of Work: Put in a new septic, only never put in the pump and a few months later I had raw sewag coming up in the basement of my new home.

+ -1 moreThey're extremely reliable. I've never had a problem with them. In the past, they have come out on weekends too. They supply the propane gas for me too.
Description of Work: They started the water up again at my home. They pumped my septic tank as well. They call this "Open Cottage."
