The work has been consistently good. We find them hard to fault. They have always been very responsive to any comments and requests that we have made.

Let me see if I have this right. $300.00, Tim Donley had wanted for what he says would be a 1.5 - 3 hrs. job, total. Isn't that, like... $200 an hr.? $100 an hr.? Based on the time quoted? This includes blowing the leaves onto a huge tarp, then sucking them up with this trailer mounted vacuum and dumping the leaves in the woods somewhere. He'd probably do a good job, but look at the rest here. It takes 3 days (e-mails, phone calls and a lot of hoop-la non-committal crap) before he ever responded to my request just to either come over and estimate or quote the job. The day and time we agreed to, something else comes up and he delays, inconveniences me even further by "leading me on". I wait and wait. I just can't hire someone like this. People need to be more punctual than this as far as I'm concerned. Especially is they say they're committing to something. That's the way I work anyway. The reliability issue plus the ridiculously arrogant labor rates. Holy cow! What does he think? That he's like a "doctor" or something? This is absurd. Hire him if you like being ripped off of your hard earned money. I didn't and I had resisted. Either I'll find someone much more reasonable, or I'll just grim & bear it and do it myself. This is nuts. What these people want. Come on, everyone can't just become a millionaire raking leaves.

We have used Tim the last two years for picking up our leaf pile at the end of Fall. He arrives a few days after I call him which is great considering how much work these type of companies have in the fall. He brings a truck with a large trailer and huge vacuum and starts sucking up the leaves. It goes fairly quickly and does a very good job. Once he is all done sucking up the leaves, he rakes and uses a blower to make sure everything is perfect. Tips for others. The vacuum sucks from the right side of the trailer. Make sure you put your pile in an accessible place for him to pull up to and past the pile a little bit. Try your best to keep sticks out of the leaves. It clogs up the vacuum inlet and slows progress. Not a problem for the vacuum, it just adds time (which is money) to your bill. With all of the leaves we have, I really appreciate the service Tim offers. He does a great job and he's a really nice guy!

Tim told us that prices were somewhat lower with yearly contract. We have used him for fall yard clean up as well. Very reasonably prices, professional, accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
