+ -1 moreMother passed away. Janene was punctual to appointments and had the entire home cleaned out in 3 days or so and cleaned for another day. Cleaning could have been slightly better, as we redid the floors for a home showing, but all-in-all they did what they said they would do

+ 0 moreJanene has been coming over every week for a few hours at a time to help mom go through her items. She has a plan for everything. Almost everything she takes from the house is donated to various organizations. That is the best part for mom. She only wants to get rid of her items if she knows they are going to a good home. Janene is very organized and has wonderful ideas on how to organize. This is not an overnight process. It takes a person time to want to get rid of the items. Janene is slowly helping the process. The best part is she cares about her clients! She cares so much!
Description of Work: We hired Home Clean Out Crew to help to help remove items from my mother's house and help her organize. Mom is a hoarder but is attempting to change her ways.
