"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Work was good, however charged for hours not worked and charged for work not authorized by house owner. Charges $75.00 per hour. He did not simply plumb and hook up. He helped the contractor lay and level sub flooring in bathroom. He also helped put in the bathtub. He should have told the contractor, I'm$75 per hour, call me when your ready to plumb the tub and sink. He charged for 2 full days and 1/2 day on third day. Security camera shows a total of 11 hours from the time he drove in and out of driveway. He overcharged his labor by over 400$. He should be ethical and mindful of customers budget. He needed to plumb and leave be mindful of his profession and not charge plumber rates for construction. In the end he did take off the 400$ that he overcharged but only after I offered to show him footage of security system showing exact times of him coming and going. He still kept all the construction charges which were not authorized, only plumbing was authorized. In the end it took 11 hours for a professional plumber to plumb a sink, toilet and tub."
