I've had reeder come to the house for both cleaning and servicing our furnace and for plumbing work and they have always been prompt, courteous, and professional. I don't feel like they're trying to sell you extra services and the furnace tech has also given me lots of good tips for keeping my heating/cooling system in good shape. I would definitely recommend them.

Josh responded promptly to the e-mail I'd set through their website, gave me a good estimate of when he could come by and called to update me about his arrival time. He determined that one toilet needs to be replaced and was able to give me a good oral estimate of the cost--he has promised an e-mailed estimate this afternoon. He also quickly and painlessly replaced the flap on another toilet that has been "running" and said I could wait and pay for that when the new toilet comes. I will update this review if there is any problem with that new installation, but I don't expect there to be. Update: Tim arrived exactly on time with the new toilet, installed it efficiently, and fixed a couple other things that needed attention. He, too, was friendly and polite and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be calling them again!

Readers does good work although I wish they would have left all the manuals in one place where we could have found them right away. I'm still not quite sure how to use the heat pump as opposed to the regular heat and the thermostat is completely different from our last one. So, if you want explanations, force them to take the extra time to tell you. Also, I'm still finding bits of stuff (pipes, wire, etc) all over the floor of the basement.

One of owners came by the same day I called and checked out my needs. Then made appointment for me about four days later and showed up on time with an assistant. They whipped thru everything in no time. The young men were clean and professional in every way. The cost seemed a tad high for what I had done and the time it took them, but then, I have not had plumbing work done in many years so can't accurately compare. I'd still use them again because I really liked them and their work. I appreciate the idea that the owners also go out on calls which means they are much more invested in the quality of work they provide. And their ad says they will keep coming back til the problem is solved. Awesome!

I sent a request (for service to my boiler) to this provider through their contact page. That night they left me a voicemail saying they were going to pass on providing service to me because I was too far out from where they usually go, so I should call someone else. My home is about 18 miles from their location, and per Google maps, I am less than 1/2 hour away. Their webpage shows that they cover my area, and the Angie's list description shows they cover all of Rock County, so I think they need to change their coverage area if they are unwilling to travel.

Josh was very punctual and did a wonderful job. Our sump pump removed all of the standing water from our basement flood within a few hours.

They are very honest and reliable. It's a family-owned business. They are really good people. The price is very reasonable.

good experience with Reeder ... prompt, helpful, taught us how to take care of things in the future ... the only reason we won't use then again is that there is a $ trip charge for them coming into Beloit.

My husband called, they said they would be there the next day around 10:00, they were on time. He came in, knew exactly what was needed, fixed it and left. My husband was very pleased with their knowledge and quickness in fixing. We will definitely use them again.

I've used the in the past and know that if I ever have a plumbing issue they will be nice and do a good job. I had a good feeling about them and would use them again. they are a family business, and seem to be very customer oriented.
