+ -1 moreHappily the 1950's home that we wanted needed only an inspection to qualify for a VA loan. They were very responsive and good to worked with us to make arrangements with the seller's representative for the inspection. The inspection occurred without problem as scheduled. The report was provided promptly so we could meet the lender's deadline for our desired closing. There was a minor mix up on my payment for the service because they didn't bill me at first, but that was easily resolved. All and all a very positive experience.
Description of Work: Inspected home and provided Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report (WDIR) for VA loan.

+ -1 moreI called for an appointment and had to leave a message. The next day "Scott" called me to set up an appointment for noon that day. I took off work to meet him at my house and he never showed up.
Description of Work: Nothing. He never bothered to showed up!
