Went well - lawn looks good.

I was unable to mow my lawn for a time this summer. I called Greener Grass Systems and set up a weekly/mow schedule. The mowers did a good job mowing and also did the trimming and cleaning up. Everything looked great - a professional job. I have many flower beds that they had to trim around and never had any damage to any flowers. One week, a neighbor mowed my lawn for me, so I called Greener Grass and asked that they not come that week. Easy and no hassle and professional work - I am well satisfied.

We hired Greener Grass for lawn treatments in 2012. We had some problem areas in our lawn that were not addressed and treatments were applied on a 100 degree day during a very dry spell causing burned areas in our yard. We mentioned the problem areas on multiple occasions however they were not addressed. At the end of the summer we determined we would not rehire them the following year, but received a call that they had hired new technicians.

Greener Grass Systems (GGS) is VERY persistent. They will call and write you, in order to get your business. I finally decided to do something to my lawn, regarding the mole issue that I'd had for the last year. On the phone, they are a bit *too* professional, being extremely nice and assuring that they will do everything they can to help me out (a bit too over the top, in my opinion). They also assured me that they use the most organic/natural ingredients, as I did not want to be polluting the ground with too many chemicals, which is why I was okay with paying a bit higher price for the services. All of this would be fine, but then the person who shows up to do the service isn't on the same level of professionalism, and it was then that I found out that I had been sold on the wrong product to get rid of the moles (I have a terrible mole problem, but the stuff they put on my lawn was to prevent FUTURE moles) and the chemical they put on my lawn was by no means natural. To make it worse, some parts of my lawn seem to be treated (no weeds, regarding the fertilizer) and some parts of my lawn are infested with weeds. The guy was only there for 10 minutes to lay down the application, so it was very clear that he skipped over large portions of my lawn. I *might* use them again, but given that it appears that the product is no different than other companies and there seems to be a disconnect between the overly-accommodating sales office and the team in the field, I'm going to be looking for other options as well in the future.

They are very thorough and easy to work with.

I've used Greener Grass Systems in the past. They're reliable. They do good follow-up. They're really professionals. I don't like a lot of chemicals on my lawn, so I use them sparingly.

The guys who came out did good work on the yard. The service was kind of pricey but the quality of work was good. They were also responsive and punctual.

They set up the time and they just do it. I could see that they had been there and I don’t even have to be home. It is a really nice service. They are very reliable. I didn’t really want to pay that much each time, but I don’t know the prices around here for that kind of work.

The scheduling is sometimes a bit iffy.
