Noise is usually a result of vibration from the fan, that can be easily taken care of by supporting the exhaust pipe well. There are no codes related to the termination of the radon vents. The system we plan on installing will exit in place of the abandoned water heater vent and terminate with a 45 degree fitting and bird screen. Please let me know if you have any more questions. They sent out two plumbers for the job. Nice guys. I thought one was an apprentice because he was younger so I didn't say anything, then got a steep bill for the cost of 2 plumbers (they claimed they were giving my a break off the bill). The leak was fixed but water was coming out of my tub brown when I first turned it on, so I called em again. They told me to wait a while and see if it stopped, so I waited a couple months and called em to come out to fix it. They did fix it for free (but it was their error in the first place). Those few months of brown water when you started the bath ended up causing a corroded spot around the old tub drain. Not sure if I'll be able to fix that and get it looking nice.

It took several weeks to receive the ordered shower pan, but once it came the plumbers came to install it right away. There was an issue with it being level and they came back and fixed it as soon as I notified them so we could finish tiling and measure for glass.

They will not stand behind their work. They installed a radon system in my house and assured me it would not be audible from the bedroom. It does not work correctly and they want to charge over $800 for repairs. Update: I was assured about the noise levels and I have complained about the installation they seemed to have washed their hands clean of this problem. They claim no responsibility per their response.

Excellent communication regarding arrival of plumber; excellent follow-up regarding parts and future needs. On site work was completed efficiently and all requested work was done to my complete satisfaction. Friendly, informative on-site plumber who was familiar with work on 1920's houses and their unique plumbing "quirks."

Great! After a thorough examination the plumber found a blown fuse was why I had no hot water. He quickly fixed it and than moved on to installing my new garbage disposal and faucet. The plumber did a great job! He made sure that the new disposal and my dish washer were both working properly. I live in a older house which had never had a garbage disposal before. I was worried that he may have a problem working with the old pipes but he was able to get the job done. He made sure I was happy with the work and answered all my questions.

Nothing much to say about the job. After He measured the job and got the old pipe out, put in the new piping. Tested for leaks, he was done.

This was not as painful of an experience as I was expecting it to be. Whenever you call a repair person, you never know what to expect. I made an early morning call and they were wonderful and had a person out to my home within an hour, and within thirty minutes after that, I had my hot water back. I presented my "Angie's List" coupon and the repair person gladly took it and it was reduced from my invoice that came in the mail ten days later. I am glad I thought to check into Angie's List and I am glad I found an honest plumbing company to work with. ~Thank you!

Work was done in a professional and timely manner.

Called Bohl & Prouix and they scheduled a 7 AM apt to meet my schedule right away. Scott was right on time and found the shut off valve to the hot water heater had frozen just barely open. He was able to replace the valve and check all the water pressure after the work all in about 45 minutes. They did a great job, very responsive, and definitely will use Bohl & Prouix for any of my plumbing needs.

We have the house on the market; noticed leaking from the base of the HWH last night, so we called this morning. They offered today or tomorrow to do the repair - we chose today. They were here on time, did a great job in a very efficient manner and hauled away the old one all about an hour.

They sent someone to look over the project, speak with the carpenter, and make sure the fixtures I planned to order would fit. They came promptly for the installation, and even fixed something on a kitchen faucet from an earlier job they had done over a year ago.

Found that the temperature gauge wasn't sensing the water temp properly. Replaced it and all is well again.

Everything went great and they were efficient. They did a great job and there were no messes or anything. They were very organized, responsive, and professional.

Called them and told them there was no hurry because it was a small job that had to be done. They were their in a few days which was quicker than I expected. In and out very quick and very professional. The faucet wasn't turning off real tight and I called them about it and they were their ASAP to take care of that too. Good people to work with.

They are professional, but the cost was really high. We found a different plumber now. I would not use them again because of the price.

The Plumber came and did his thing and left.

I’m not sure about the cost; I haven’t gotten the bill yet. They found the warranty for me and they are taking care of the whole warranty on the tank. All I have to do is pay for the installation. I didn’t have to do anything; they are taking care of all of it for me. Their responsiveness is second to none. I’m sure their price is just like everyone else.

They did an outstanding job. They are dependable, neat and thorough. I haven’t had any plumbing work done in a very long time; I thought the price was pretty average but I can’t accurately respond to the price.

We used a coupon from Angie’s List. The prices were comparable with everyone else. They came when they said they would. They were very professional, prompt and worked quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant and did not waste any time. They also emptied items under my sink which I appreciated. We were very pleased with the work.

The person came out and looked and came out the next week and did the work in 4 or 5 hours. Fast and efficient.
