+ -1 moreMark was very thorough in completing the work. He did see additional boards that needed replacement and showed us the rotten boards so we could decide to replace them. He only charged us for the additional materials. He kept us informed about when they would be working. They completed the job in a very timely manner and his price was very competitive. They kept the work area neat and cleaned up when they were done. I think he went above and beyond what we expected. We are very satisfied.
Description of Work: Replaced 11 facia boards along roof and replaced 15 - 6"x6"x 4' decorative roof supports. Work included loosening metal roof shingles and reattaching as well as removing and reattaching rain gutter over porch.

Description of Work: Mark Perry @ Air-Tite Windows was phenomenal. He was true to his word and always kept me up to speed on where the project was and what was going on. I will hire him again for other projects and HIGHLY recommend him for others.. He gets a AAAA+++++++ from me
