+ -1 moreGary was somewhat hard to contact initially. Once he started, it went quick and satisfactorily. Only c**** was an added cost for an unforseeable change. The added cost was a bit higher than we thought, but negotiated to make it more palatable. Good overall carpentry and painting.
Description of Work: Replaced rotted porch railing. Added stair railings. Painted porch floor and steps and touched up walls as needed.

+ 2 moreIt was very good. They did a really nice job on their work. They cleaned up after wards. They planed grass back in the yard. I would use them again.
Description of Work: They do landscaping, grass cutting, yard work, they pulled out some bushes for me and put a patio in. They had cut my grass, cleaned up my yard, and they can lay concrete.
