I received Triple T Electric's information through a co-worker, and I am so glad that we chose them to work in our home. From the initial call to completion everything was wonderful. Terry called me back quickly and was able to fit us in on a tight timeline as the new ceiling fan was to be installed in our soon-to-be born baby's room. Terry and Tom arrived promptly on the scheduled work day and both were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. They worked clean and respected our home. I trust their incredible work and would trust them alone in my home if I was unable to be present for the duration of the job. I would 100% recommend Triple T Electric and am already thinking of our next electrical projects to schedule!

Terry was completely professional, reliable and honest. In the kitchen, it turned out the new lighting could be installed without replacing the tracks. Terry saved me time and money by pointing this out to me. I will hire him again and recommend him without hesitation. The family room project was finished promptly without mess or trouble. Terry figured out a low cost way of making the new recessed lights fit in with the existing recessed lights over the fireplace. The room is beautiful.

Terry, Tom and Leo did a first class job. They are very concerned with getting things right. They identified and solved a variety of issues during the project and offered good ideas to improve the overall lighting of our house (inside and out).

This guy is outstanding. His prices are fair, he cleans up after he does the work, he actually made a part for to fix my wall fixture and fixed it. I've used him for years and he is terrific.

The new sauna kept tripping the breaker. Terry was very responsive to the Angie's list request and called that evening itself. Came out a few days after, looked at the problem and was ready to fix it then and there. Charged for permit and materials in addition to the labor. He has done a good job. I would recommend him.

this was an emergency as it was the middle of winter and we had guests sleeping in our sunroom and needed heating. The repair was done promptly and we have had not problems since.

The owner was rude and I would NOT use them in the future...or for this job...

Terry is good to work with. He explains everything. The new closet light works great and updated outlets are a pleasure. Our house is older (1940). We had trouble with some light fixtures blowing regularly so he replaced the wiring and fixtures. The bulbs are not blowing out now as quickly but the fixtures don't always come on when you flip the switch anymore. We've worked with Triple T several times and when there has been a problem, he has come back and fixed under warranty, so I expect he'll do the same now. The older houses seem more difficult to fix.

When i called the electrician he was very polite on the phone He came right away there was not a long wait .He in introduced himself and went to work. He checked every thing out after he had fixed the problem and explained everythingthat he had done. The price was very resonablly and it being a saturday he did not charge time and a half and no trip charge..Would i use his services again you better belive. I rate the service a+++++

I had a contract to sell my house. In order for the sale to be completed, I needed to fix multiple code violations leftover from prior owners. I thought I had an electrician, but, that one jerked me around for several weeks before saying he could not figure out how to do the job. I got Terry's name and called him. He showed up the next day and spent several hours with me walking through what needed to be done. When I called Terry, I only had a week before closing and was within days of moving. Terry was absolutely fabulous to work with. He had his crew at my house within a couple of days and got the work completed within my tight time frame. Terry, and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were always on time, extremely pleasant to work with, got the job done with minimal fuss, cleaned up after themselves and I cannot thank them enough. Without Terry and his crew, I don't think I would have made it through a very stressful time. Thank you, Terry, from the bottom of my heart.

The fan would go on, but the light wouldn't. Terry came out and got the heat lamp to work, but the fan wouldn't go on if the lamp was on too long. He ordered a part and came back about a month later and fixed it. Terry was always on time. He covered my steps with a drop cloth, laid one on my bathroom floor under his ladder and even wore little cloth disposable slippers. He was professional, efficient and courteous. He worked steadily.

We have always felt like we were getting a fair deal. They were realistic about what was wrong. It would stay fixed after they fix it. They were very reliable.

I have used Triple T Electric for 14 electrical projects since 1997 ranging from installation of new lighting, wiring the entire home for network services, and the most recent kitchen renovation. Aside from their promptness, neat work and knowledge of the appropriate codes, they never cut corners in their work. Other contractors who are familiar with electrical work have commented on how Triple T Electric performs the highest quality work with good materials even in places where it doesn't show. They even put printed labels on boxes in the basement so we always know what they are for. In addition they have always been willing to try and make things work the way that I have asked, even offering suggestions for better ways to do things. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who was looking for a high quality, trustworthy and reliable electrical contractor.

The work looks very nice. When the condo was built, it didn't have ceiling lights. They did a really nice job, though it was kind of expensive. We knew what the price was going to be, though. I have high cathedral ceilings, so it wasn't an easy job. I thought they were wonderful. They were really nice people. They had to go up into the attic to fix something. I liked everything about them.

Terry Porter, the owner, is very efficient, very businesslike and very fair. They have excellent service. They did excellent work.

They were great. They were fantastic. I would give them a high rating. The only challenge was that they do not take credit cards. They are very professional, very thorough and the whole component is that my house was taken care of by the electrician with what was required. I would use them in the future as well.

They came promptly, fixed it, and it's fine.

Terry was on time and listened carefully to what we wanted. He suggested a number of things and was willing to talk with me about other electrical plans for which we weren't taking quotes yet. He was meticulous in his quote and it was very reasonable (in fact, the lowest of the four). I had the sense from talking to him that he takes great pride in his work and would produce excellent quality. The only thing that kept us from going with Terry was a comment he made about electric work done by the homeowner. My plan was to ask an electrician to do a subpanel and I would install all the 110v electrical outlets. I'd checked with our village inspector to be sure this was allowed (it is) and told Terry this. Terry said he didn't think it was allowed and that my insurance company could use any electrical work that I'd done as an excuse to void coverage on our home in the event of a claim. This caused me some worry and extra research with the village inspector's dept and our insurance agent but neither statement turned out to be true in our case. Terry called a few days later to let us know that he had looked into it and discovered that DIY electrical work was, indeed, allowed in our village. We admire him for calling back with this information and owning up to his error, and will consider him for new work in the future.

Work performed was excellent. He was very prompt when we set appt. for estimate. He got back to us in a timely manner with an estimate. A week later I asked that we proceed with work and we didn't hear back for 2 weeks-- when we called him again. He says he lost our paperwork, then it took a little more time to schedule the work. So while it was frustrating getting to the point of having the work done, in the end he did an excellent job with the projects we hired him to do and the cost was exactly what was in the estimate.
