Esmerelda was punctual, pleasant, sensitive to my needs and efficient. I would definitely use her again, and recommend her to anyone I care about. She was great! She cleaned and cleared my space and my spirit. Such a relief!!

We’ve are on our second year with The Cleaning Authority and just love the cleaning they provide for our home! It is such a special treat to come home to a sparkling clean house! The way TCA does our cleaning is on a strategic rotating schedule, deep cleaning certain areas while cleaning high traffic each visit. This process keeps our home looking clean, virtual.....always! I so appreciate our main cleaning lady; Jasmine and the care she takes to ensure our home is cleaned perfectly to our liking!! I highly recommend TCA!!

They clean the house very well but it doesn’t stay clean for long. I really haven’t had any other house cleaning services so I’m a little hesitant because I think it’s kind of difficult to get your house cleaned and have people in your house for a few hours and we have dogs so I don’t know. I still use them. They do a good job but it doesn’t last long. They are good.

They're not great. They've broken a couple of things and it's not always as clean as we would like it to be. They do it every three weeks, which is nice. They charge $78 every time. They do it really quick and they seem to miss some stuff. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not good. They broke a shelf the first time, which was accidental. But then, two times later, they broke a thing on the table. I think they're just going fast. The workers are nice. They tell you when they're going to come and they're here when they say. When they have screwed up, they're good about responding and fixing it. But, a lot of screw ups that they have to respond to, I guess. They don't go above and beyond. If there is something wrong, we usually have to be on them about it. But they do fix it.

Their pricing is pretty average.

The price I pay them is for just one service for that month. I think their prices are lesser if their services are used more often. They are very responsive. If there are any concerns, they either come back and redo something or give me a reduction in what they charge. I'm pleased with the work that they do. I don't have any comparison with regard to their price.

They do a good job. Usually it's two or three people that come out to do the job. There's nothing that stands out or spectacular about them.

It was fine. I only wish that I had the same crew each time, although there were really no "bad" crews...well, one time two very young girls came and flew through the house, missing several steps. I called the office to express my displeasure and they were VERY RESPONSIVE and returned very soon to make it right.

They are awesome. I have been through 3 different companies, but this company is great. They are the best company I have ever used.

They are very reliable and they do what I ask of them so that makes me happy!

I just started with The Cleaning Authority Company recently. I am just getting to know the cleaners but I think they do an okay job. I keep using them; I am not ready to pack it in yet. However, some of their attention to details is not as high as other people I have had before. The people in the office are very quick to respond, via phone or email if I have concerns. That is a good thing.

They are fine and they are wonderful. They are not as thorough as my mother or mother in law but they were perfectly fine.

I have been using the Cleaning Authority for several years and have been becoming more and more frustrated with their service. They change teams that come to the house frequently. Some teams do an acceptable job and others downright poor. On one occasion I came home to find they had spent a total of 1/2 hour in the house when I wasn't home. Clearly not enough time to thoroughly clean an 1800 sq. ft house. I find cobwebs in the lamp shades that never disapear, the ceiling fans have never been wiped down, and base boards that never get cleaned up tight against them. Some teams you can see exactly where they dusted by what they didn't dust... example the TV stand gets dusted in front and the side, but not behind the TV. You can see the swipes when you sit down to watch TV. Would not recommend.

They were good but not worth the money. Their cleaning didn't give the wow factor. I don't think their cleaning products are the best.

Priced out two cleaning services, Cleaning Authority was one. They were prompt, well priced and complete in explaining the work rotation on which different rooms/components of the room would be cleaned each week. I liked the system, but they didn't really follow it. They were supposed to leave a sheet each time to tell me what they'd done and what would be done next time. The first 2 or 3 times they cleaned I had to ask each time for the sheet. Then after they had begun leaving the sheet there were things on the list that weren't being cleaned because the rotation was out of whack. Different people came every time. Much of the work was okay, but they didn't seem to be cleaning according to the sheet and the quality was sporadic. One example is a dead bug I purposely left in the corner of my bathroom that had not moved for 3 or 4 weeks. I cited that example and a couple of others when I canceled their service. I'm particular about details and want a cleaner to be as well.

They do an OK job but frequently overlook areas and must be reminded. I think they must be having staffing shortages, as they used to send three cleaners, and now sometimes we only get one. They have excellent office service if cleaning needs to be rescheduled.

They usually do very inferior work. They do not even complete work left in messages for things missed the week before. The work was very unsatisfactory, especially for high price.

Estimate was $150 - $200. People arrived promptly, and did a very nice job. Company called to check, and I told them I didn't have a bill. They told me it would be $250! I said that was $50 higher than the top estimate. They said they would talk with the boss and call me back. I never got a call. I scheduled another cleaning, and they never showed up, never billed me, never called, even though I called several times to settle the bill. I finally sent a check for $200 and a note telling of my dissatisfaction.

I really like having the special attention paid to the rotation areas. The workers usually arrive at about the same time each work day, so I can plan my own schedule without having to wait for them. Even though the workers are different from time to time, all have been very trustworthy and pleasant.
