+ -1 moreAlthough I was initially satisfied with James, his responsiveness at the end greatly lowered my opinion of him. He was prompt when he put in the tile, but when we had a few problem areas that we wanted him to fix he has not returned phone calls or emails. There were a couple of areas in the tile, around a light switch and an electrical outlet, that needed a little attention. After four months and several failed attempts to contact him I ended up hiring another tile setter to fix the mistakes.
Description of Work: James installed a back splash in the kitchen.

+ 0 moreThe owner James did good work, but his employees didn't do a good job. They had to come back to re-grout the bathroom floor. They didn't have enough grout between the tile and the floor tiles were sharp and not smooth. But he did respond quickly and resolved the problem right away.
Description of Work: Removed bathroom shower tile, install new tile in shower, floor and tub. Remove tile in foyer and powder room and install new tile.
