SECURITY HOME INSPECTION CORP

I will state that I was definitely mad when I talked with Andy on day 1 and made no attempt to hide the fact that I thought this was extremely inconsiderate and violated trust. He suggested that I might want to seek out someone else. I confirmed I wanted him because I had heard great things and the inspection needed to be done two days later. Two days later I was standing with my wife, realtor, and the owner - WAITING for Andy to show up. He did not! I called his cell, this time he answered. He CLAIMS that he called the realtor and me earlier in day to say he would not come because "he did not feel good about my call to him". Neither of us had messages on our phones!! TERRIBLE business practice!!! The fact that I hurt his feelings when he screwed up on day 1 should not have caused him to drop his committed responsibility to provide a quality service. He may do good work - I never got the chance to find out. His PROFESSIONALISM STINKS!!!

He was very educational and he took the time to answer any questions that we had. He explained everything thoroughly and he gave us a very thorough report.
