Description of Work: We had recessed lights added in our kitchen, a light fixture moved and under cabinet lighting installed.

Description of Work: When turning on a wall switch, sparking occurred in the fluorescent lighting of an arboretum and a circuit would repeatedly break. This particular circuit had several switches that controlled the lighting. The electrical circuitry for this home is unusual since the home was designed by an architect for himself. Therefore to find an electrician who could diagnose the problem correctly and repair it correctly was important. The owner of the company diagnosed the problem correctly and repaired it quickly. In addition because the materials for the repair had to be ordered (the "ballast" for the fixture was no longer "standard" equipment), he had to return for a second trip to repair the fixture. He specifically told me that he would charge me for only one trip even though it took him two trips to fix the problem. He returned my first call rapidly and scheduled the first visit rapidly. He was courteous, professionally dressed, and even took off his shoes when entering the house without me having to ask him to do so. I would use his company again without hesitation.
