When Mike showed up (on time), he checked the entire floor area where I had a leak the previous heating season. I didn't want the boiler turned on until the leak was fixed. Lo & behold, no leak. Mike checked my family room as well as the laundry room using thermal heat detector. After review of the heating grid, he went outside and found the "leak" was most likely a freak run off of melting snow on the exterior wall. Simple grading of this small area should take care of it. Then he helped me put back a large base cabinet. Excellent service. Would highly recommend!

PJ and the team at Temperature Pro were excellent at diagnosis and evaluation of our 1983 furnace, gave us options for the furnace that would best meet our needs, and did an excellent job on the installation. We could not be more pleased.

Ken and his crew were extremely professional and courteous. They were willing to work around my schedule, including meeting with me in the evening and the weekend (amazing customer service). All of the information they provided to me was very professionally written and easy to understand. From day one they were here for me and my family and they made themselves available to me whenever I needed anything. They came out and did the estimate and were quick to come back with a plan and options on the products and costs to replace my existing furnace. On the day of the installation they showed up exactly on time for my appointment and were very open with communication on what needed to be done. Ken came with donuts and coffee later and explained to me everything that was going to happen. His crew was very clean and efficient. The whole project took about 4 hours (much less time than they had expected) and they were quick to show me how the furnace worked and assured me if I had any problems to contact them 24 hours a day and they would be there for me. I am extremely happy with the new furnace and would hire this company again in a heartbeat. In fact they are my go to for all my heating and air conditioning needs. I have referred to all of my friends and family. You won't be disappointed :)

Very professional. Had an 8am appointment tech was on time. He checked air filter and then went outside to fix unit. The unit was was dirty and needed coolant. Unit is running again Follow up is excellent from the office checking on the quality of the work. 3 days later received thank you from owner
