+ -1 moreHe was wonderful, very nice guy, good price (in fact we gave him a tip!), clean, great with our kids. He ended up doing a little more than his estimate but he stuck with his price. We would certainly use him for any future interior projects. We were simply looking for an inexpensive painter to prep our house for sale, but he was much more than that
Description of Work: Two bathrooms, one bedroom and a few touch up areas were painted. One bathroom ceiling had to be sanded due to peeling. He was the second quote we received, and was about 1/3 the cost of the first, and we liked him so he was hired on the spot.

+ -1 moreOutside of having the hassle of moving our junk, the whole experience was pretty painless. Norm was quiet, efficient and very neat.
Description of Work: We are in the process of selling our house. The basement floor has not been painted in over 20 years. It had flaking paint. The drain tile was fixed last year, so there was new cement around the border of our basement. It was strongly suggested by our realtor to get the basement painted. Adds value to a home sale. The realtor suggested Payman at Fresh Coat. He came for an estimate within one day of our call. Payman gave us the estimate of $893.00 for a large basement floor and a laundry room. This included the paint and some type of sand that was added to the paint to give it a really nice texture. We wanted it done quickly and did not bother to get other estimates. Within four days Norm came to paint. He showed up on time, was neat and clean. He did one side of the basement on Monday. On Thursday, Norm was back to paint the other side. This enabled us to move all our junk from one side to the other, with time for the floor to dry. On Friday, Payman came back to our house to check the job. We also payed him at that time.
