 + 0 moreOVERALL THE WORK THEY DID WAS VERY GOOD, BUT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS. I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES JUST TO GET THEM TO LOOK AT THE JOB, THEN AGAIN TO GET STARTED, AND ONCE AGAIN TO GET EVERYTHING DONE. IT SEEMED LIKE A SIMPLE JOB TO ME, BUT IT TOOK EIGHT WEEKS TO GET IT ALL DONE. ACCOUNTING FOR THE RECENT RAINY WEATHER, IT STILL WAS TOO LONG OF A WAIT. ONCE ON SITE, THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY, POLITE, AND PROFESSIONAL. I'D TRY THEM AGAIN JUST TO GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE TO IMPROVE, BUT IF YOU NEED A JOB DONE QUICKLY, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: DELIVERED AND SPREAD 5 YARDS OF MULCH IN ALL THE FLOWER AND SHRUB BEDS, PLUS EDGED MY LAWN. BECAUSE OF THE RAINY WEATHER, THE WORK WAS DONE ON DIFFERENT DAYS.
