The overall work was very good. They were very knowledgeable and they were very pleasant guys to work with.

Their price was reasonable and we've used them in the past. They are very accommodating and out when you need them. We've had a couple of different guys and they are very helpful in terms of giving us tips on maintenance of our other plumbing like our faucets and sinks and things to keep the system running well. The people who come out to do the work are very nice.

Called Budiac to get a quote on plumbing work which needed to be completed so we could get inspector's approval. One lesson here is don't try to do plumbing on your own when drain lines and vents are involved. They responded quickly and provided a clear quote. The crew showed up exactly as scheduled, completed the work and managed the inpsction process with the inspector. The price was fair and the work was excellent, would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

Budiac was a lifesaver to me in the recent sale of my house. I had only a few days to get some required plumbing work done, and they went over and above to get the permit, do the work, and supply a lien waiver within 2 days. Then a few weeks later I had a broken pipe attached to sump pump drain and they came out on a Sunday within an hour of calling to fix it. They exceeded my expectations. Prices are reasonable, I would highly recommend them!

Larry is always responsive and does a good job. We are always pleased with him.

We are very happy with the job. They are very timely and responsive. We have no complaints about the quality of the work. We have used them 3 or 4 times. We would use them again in the future.

They haven't sent me a bill yet. This is the second time we used them. The owner of the company is very close to us and we have had him come before. He seems to be very good and we are impressed with him. The actual service was great and the price was good.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Larry and his team. Since most of his services were part of a larger contract I cannot say when he was here and/or performed the tasks necessary. I can say I am thrilled with my new bathroom! The only "complaint" I have is not really a complaint. At the very end of the remodel when the toilet was to be installed and my water heater replaced, Milwaukee was hit with a torrential downpour of about 7.5" of rain in about 3 hours time! Larry was EXTRAORDINARILY busy! So my project which was not an emergency had to wait a little. The "complaint"? I was told on a couple of occasions that I would receive a call back to notify me of the status of the project and when I could expect Larry to be here...the followup did not occur and I had to call the office again to get the answers to my questions. I am a stickler for good communication. I am more than willing to wait, I just want to be kept informed. Given the circumstances, however, I am sure the office at Budiac was just as overwhelmed as Larry and his team...hence my "non-complaint" complaint! :) Thank you Larry and team for all your hard work!

We own a small restaurant, and depend on our water heater. The heater went out on Sunday 6/14. I called in the evening and our new heater was installed the next day 6/15.

Went very well. The actual bill was less than he estimated on the phone when we made the appointment.

They did underestimate the time that the job would take. They originally said that they would be done in one day. I took that day off and wondered if it could really even get done that day. It took about four days before it was all done including the inspection and filling the hole. I think they had to dig deeper than they originally thought. It was not that big of deal. They still stayed with their same quoted price. They did a good job. The drains are now working great.

Job 1: Gary, the plumber, was on time for the appt. & replaced the bad toilet valves. We also found a severely corroded drain pipe in the basement. He was able to replace the defective pipe. Gary warned me to keep an eye on the shut off valves to the toilets for leaks. Job 2: Abt a wk prior, plumber, Gary, had replaced the flush valves on 2 of my toilets. He cautioned me to keep an eye out for leaks. When 1 of the valves developed a leak, I called & Gary arrived exactly on time & quickly replaced the valve. He also cleared a clog in my laundry tub & replaced the water trap which was corroded. His work was efficient & professional. He was also kind enough to check my water softener & remind me to replace the salt supply. Since the shutoff valve problem was connected to my previous problem, the phone rep. was able to offer a small rebate for the time spent on my most recent call. Never having seen a poor plumber, I'll give Budiac a ''B'' for price but ''A's'' for everything else.

About a week prior to this call, Budiac's plumber, Gary, had replaced the flush valves on two of my toilets. He cautioned me to keep an eye out for any leaks. When one of the toilet shutoff valves developed a small leak, I called and Gary arrived exactly on time and quickly replaced the defective valve. He also cleared a nasty clog in my laundry tub and replaced the water trap which was severely corroded. His work was, again, efficient and professional. He was also kind enough to check my water softener and remind me to replace the salt supply. We have used him in 3 different houses, he is smart reliable, fair, and easy to talk to. Always use him, highly recommend.

Work was efficiently performed by crew of several plumbers. Work began at 7:00AM and was completed by 5:00PM. Crew chief, Paul, was communicative, forthright and accessible throughout the job. Craftsmanship and materials were of a high quality. However, Newly-painted laundry room floor was not protected and was damaged; it needed to be scrubbed and repainted after job was completed. The drywall sub-contractor, employed by Budiac, failed to keep second appointment which resulted in the loss of one work day for the homeowner. A leaking connection to the laundry room sink required a follow-up visit.

Work was done satisfactorily and in reasonable time. However, I was shocked to receive a $49.50 ''truck charge'' in addition to parts and labor. Plumber had to travel less than 1 mile to my home. I didn't protest the truck charge since I assume this is customary but I think the charge is unreasonably high.

Estimated and answered many questions about the products; provided written and internet sources for information; installed new boiler during cold weather; placed 5-6 men on the job so that we would be inconvenienced as little as possible; installed new hot water heater, side vented; installed thermostat. Larry Budiac, owner, bid the job and met with us several times to answer questions and discuss options. Down to earth explanations. We vacated the home for 1 1/2 days, and when we returned, the job was complete, and there was no mess. Larry came back in a timely manner when we thought we had a problem, which we did not. He and the crew are very pleasant. Office staff is exceptional with messages and helping. The company is very busy, and customers may have to wait longer than they wish for non-emergency projects, but the bid was very competitive with respect to other Angie's List highly rated companies.

They cleaned up. Did a great job. Will use again. Very professional and very good.

On time, polite and professional initial installation; no competitive bids so we cannot assess the price; there were some problems re the installation because the unit did not produce sufficient heat; there were some subsequent issues re the company promptly returning calls and subsequently fixing the problems but after two service calls by the owner the baseboard unit was working as well as can be expected in an older home with traditional cast iron water heaters and the addition of a baseboard unit. We would use this company again and plan to use them for a project this year.
