Description of Work: I dropped an earring down the bathroom drain and called them to come and remove it. They were very responsive and got the job done very quickly. This was my first experience with them and based on their quick response time and results, I would use them again.

Description of Work: I called to have a leaky bathtub faucet repaired. I also asked that when the plumber was here if he could look at several other plumbing issues and give us an opinion on what was wrong and an estimate on what it would cost to fix the problem. I called on a Monday and was told that Justin would be out the next day " late morning to early afternoon." Justin arrived at 1 pm. What a patient, thorough job he did. He managed to fix the leaky bathtub faucet and explained all that needed to be done was put in a new cartridge. I then asked if he would look at several other areas. He was kind enough to fix the hot and cold pipes in our garage laundry tub and told us how to keep them from freezing in the winter. He tried to change the filters in a very old r.o. unit. It didn't work, and I wasn't surprised. He removed the old unit and offered to have their office send us an estimate for a new one the next day. He looked at our lower level bathroom where the wallboard behind the toilet was buckled and wet and mold was growing. He checked it out and determined the shower doors were leaking and the whole shower would need to be taken out. He said he would let us know an estimate for that. I would definitely hire this company again. Justin went above and beyond, as far as I am concerned. He was thorough, explained everything I asked about and was very professional and did his work in a timely manner. Kudos to this young man. He represents his company well.

Description of Work: Budiac Plumbing installed a new dishwasher for us – we didn't previously have a dishwasher, so this included ripping out a cabinet and new plumbing.

Description of Work: We had our plumbing and water shutoffs upgraded to ball gate valves and these water arresters installed. This was for our new technology front loading LG washer. Let me tell you this. If you're considering such a purchase, there is a higher likelihood of having to add these water arresters (water shock absorbers) into your plumbing near where the washer will be hooked up to those water outlets. At least in older homes like ours, this is true. I'm told that these newer H.E. washing machines have a valve that allows much more efficient use (read: H.E. washing machines use LESS water) of the water supply. It creates a higher pressure in that plumbing line(s) and causes a banging noise in your plumbing copper pipes (very annoying to listen to and probably no good for them either).

Description of Work: I called and made my appointment on Friday, May 4, 2012 both of the ladies I spoke with were very friendly and informative. I made my appointment for service on Monday, May 7th the block of time that was given to me was very wide 10-2pm was the time I was told Larry the plumber (who is the owner) would arrive at the property. However, the women that I spoke with on Friday did state that if I called back on Monday at 10am the could narrow down that time for me (Larry had earlier appointments that morning) I did call and my new window was 1130-2pm at 1215pm Larry called me and told me he was on his way, he arrived at 1235pm. We entered the property, he listened to what I had to say, and went straight to work. During this time my tenant informed me of two additional problems at the unit: leaky kitchen faucet and leaky laundry tub. I informed Larry of both of the additional items, Larry made time in his schedule to look at both of the issues. My main reason for calling Larry is that my tenant called with a drip in the kitchen coming from the shower;each time they showered a drip in the kitchen ceiling. Larry replaced the bath spout, the copper stub out (it was to short from whomever originally installed it,) and placed a Moen slip fit. Next was the kitchen sink that has a on and off drip at the facet, he checked the piping under the sink and looked at the faucet. Unfortunately, the faucet is an off brand and Larry does not carry off brand cartridges, HOWEVER, he educated me on how to take the faucet apart,what a cartridge is/does, and where to go to purchase one. He also told me if I can not find it on my own to call him. Next was the leaky laundry tub which turned out to be the cement tube itself. Larry told me that I basically have two options: 1. take o/the concert,replace it,replace piping and some more work that would cost $800 or number 2. use an epoxy and paint the inside of the sink to seal it and stop the leak. Larry told me where to go to get the product this cost me $126.85 a big difference from $800.00. .

They responded and came very quickly to perform the diagnosis and the repair. The person who perform the repair explained clearly the problem, proposed different options to address the problem and the costs for each of them. He executed the repair quickly and efficiently .
