Description of Work: They're awesome! I had a raccoon problem in my front yard. Ryan was able to get over to me the same afternoon I called. Ryan set two traps and caught the big guy along a path he found along some evergreens. Sure enough a day later he was in the trap. He came over promptly when I called to say he had caught the animal. He was caught on the second day, but Ryan was over the morning after he had first set the traps to add different food and check the traps. The following day the raccoon was trapped. They were very responsive to my calls. Awesome! All problems have ended.

Description of Work: Have used them twice, once to remove squirrels from the attic and then to remove woodpeckers. Both times they arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. Both were taken care of and charged as explained.

Description of Work: I was surprised that the sewrvice would not handle disposal of the bat. Or know anything about what o do next. They were very clear they are ONLY there to eliminate a "potential" bat nesting area. He said there was no way to confirm if this was in fact a problem but the cost of the cure is the same. Would have liked a little more reassurance. I guess that is not how this service (or any like it) operate. In essence, you pay $900.00 and hope that it wasn't a huge cost for a service that may not have been needed to that extent.

Description of Work: They set 2 traps to catch an raccoon who was living under our deck. A couple days after the traps were set, the raccoon was caught. Ryan came out within a couple hours both to set the traps and to remove them. He was very professional. I would definitely call American Animal Control again, but hope I don't have to.

 + -1 moreHe did not catch the bat. He didn?t look that much for the bat. He then tried to convince me I had a colony in my attic. He tried to scare me into what would happen if I didn?t take care. He quoted me $700 dollars. For that visit when he didn?t catch the bat he charged me $130. It was horrible. I called to complain because I thought I had been taken advantage of. I did not get a call back from the manager or owner. Instead I got a call from the same guy saying that he understood there was a complaint and that he was offended. His resolution was that if I wanted to have them take care of the colony he would take off the price I had already been paid. There was no colony of bats in my attic. I have since seen no other bat or evidence of a bat. That was two years ago. He had nothing to base that on.
Description of Work: I had a bat in my house. I called and they sent someone out. Someone was out fairly quickly. I was told over the phone that they would send someone out to catch the bat and advise me to whether I had a colony and on sealing up the house.

 + -1 moreThey came out to spray for these ants that I had in my wall before having new windows installed. They also gave me a guarantee that if they ants were active again they would come back out to spray again. I haven't seen any sign of the ants since. They knew exactly what they were doing.

 + -1 moreWe have always be invaded by a ton of ladybugs. The spray worked like a charm. No bugs in the fall or the spring. I was concerned about pre-paying, but I called for the follow-up visit in spring and he was over the very next day. The spray was safe for our pets and did not stain the siding as guaranteed. Very professional.
Description of Work: Originally called to check out attic for bats. Jeremy offered free inspection. Found no bats but an infestation of ladybugs, which has always been a problem. He offered to spray an insecticide which he did in fall, and we prepaid for spring.

 + -1 moreThey were very professional, on time, very quick, very thorough, with very nice information. The inspection was $89, which to me is reasonable to climb into someone s attic with potential bats flying around. $235 was for a bi annual pest spray which, again, I think is pretty reasonable. I think their prudential license is insured.
Description of Work: They checked for bats in the attic and fortunately we did not have any. They did find an infestation of insects and they sprayed for seasonal pest control. We had been inundated with lady bugs and after one very quick treatment they were gone. They are coming back in the spring to spray again for one fee. They put on a ton of spray.

 + -1 morepaul was the assigned person when i first made call at 800 number.paul did very through job for carpenter ants treatment.he also did animal removal underneath my deck and direct me to the person to get trenching done for deck so to avoid this problem to be repeated.he was very through,jolly and helpful.i called him every other day during the time frame we caught the whole animal family and he came out and position the cage changed food etc in timely fashion
