I called the company on a Monday and they responded within hours and made an appointment for the next day. The Technician was right on time for the appointment and analyzed the problem quickly. He set out live traps for the squirrels that had invaded my home and within 24 hrs the traps had filled. The offending aminals were removed and the traps reset. He returned the next day and removed more trapped animals. No more squirrels in my attic and I am Very pleased.

They come out quarterly. So far it's proven true that only mice can get in to get the poison and die. They've been very effective. They've been very helpful. When I first called them, they found the spot up under the eaves where a woodpecker had picked a hole in there and they filled the hole for me. They thought that's where the mice were getting in. They filled the hole for me and put some streamers down to keep the woodpeckers out of there. They were very effective. They looked around and figured what to do to help alleviate the situation. I didn't want a guy to come in and spray for bugs or something like that but I really wanted somebody who could handle the wild animals. One thing they do that I really like is, I didn't have to sign a contract. They will call every quarter before they come, to see if I want them.

They were wonderful. I have used this company twice.

Mike and Jeffrey came out and they were marvelous to work with. They were very prompt and had great communication. They even repaired the areas where the raccoons had gotten through after they had caught them. They do not kill the raccoons and they end up taking them away to release them into the woods. I highly recommend them!

It went better than I had imagined. The man I made the appt. with (John?) was very nice and got me an appt. the very same day. Both he and the "squirrel wrangler" Jeremy were professional and kind. It barely took any time at all and I felt good knowing that they would treat the animals humanely. Another place I called wanted to charge $400 just for coming out, no matter what they found. I couldn't be happier that I went with these guys.

The person I use is very prompt and calls before he comes. I have nothing bad to say about them. If you call them with a problem, they show up within the day if they can or the next day for sure. I am happy with their service and I have never used anyone else.

They are a very good company and very responsive. You can set a clock by them and they come when they say they are going to come. They drop off a invoice and drop off something in the mail. I have never had an issue with them. They always do what I ask them to do. They came out within three hours of me calling them.

Caulked around a roof and installed bat vents. As far as I know the bat is gone. They also came out one more time free of charge to check.

Everything they do is natural, meaning that American Animal Control captures animals by using techniques which won?t harm them. I was highly impressed with their service, and they were very flexible with our billing.

I haven't seen any critters since they've come. I've been using them for about 10 years now. They visit in an unmarked truck so the neighbors don't know what's going on. I'm very, very pleased with them. They always call before they come, which is nice so I can tell them not to come if I need to.

They were absolutely wonderful! They came out the same day as my call, did an inspection of my property, and explained their plan of attack. I live across the street from an open area, so they were able to catch a variety of animals. My attic was sprayed with an industrial strength air freshener, and all of the raccoons? feces were removed. I was impressed with their service, and very thankful for their help.
