Jim and his crew, including the sub-contractors, did an amazing job on our project to finish off some of our basement. We added a bathroom, bedroom, and family room. The quote was thorough and accurate. The communication was responsive. The workmanship was second to none. I highly recommend working with Jim. You won't be disappointed.

Jim did his best to solve our problem, but through NO fault of his own we had to stop because of technical complications. If and when we proceed I would call Jim Meinen again!

The Meinen crew, including the carpenter and painters performed an excellent job restoring rotted and defective siding and trim. They removed light fixtures and drain pipes rather than paint around them. They were dependable and professional. The home looked fantastic upon completion. Meinen Homes helped us finish part of our basement adding a bedroom, multi-purpose room, and full bathroom. It is difficult to overstate how impressed I am with this team. It starts with Jim but the entire team operates with extremely high integrity striving for transparency and fairness in pricing. Jim initiates exceptional daily communication explaining who would be coming and going at various time throughout the day. I was extremely impressed with how flexible and accommodating the team was as surprises came up. The crew also kept the job moving once they began. I can count on one hand the number of days someone wasn't at our house making progress once project kicked off. Everyone Jim brought in maintained respectful and fun interactions with my entire family. All the subcontractors were also highly capable, worked quickly, and did a nice quality job. The team clearly pursued excellence in the quality of their work, happily doing rework when a task did not meet our expectations. They did everything possible to make sure we were happy with the product. I can't recommend these guys enough and look forward to future opportunities to partner!

Did a wonderful job

I hired Jim Meinen and his team to remove a jacuzzi and put in a walk in shower in the master bathroom as well as a kitchen remodel. Jim is a man of his word and he finished the job in a timely manner, he is a master builder and is 2 steps ahead of any issues that might arise. He and his team are respectful, friendly and leave a spotlessly clean work area and most importantly, know what they are doing. I have been recommending them to all my friends and family and should I need more work done I would not go to any other contractor.

Great people to work with. They were great with helping us make the best decision on having the inside of our home painted. We are new to the area and didn't know who to call and found this company online. Their response time was great. We are looking forward to having them do our next project. Our project began as drywall repair with the idea down the road we would get somebody in to paint. Jim and his staff's workmanship on the drywall led us to having them continue to paint the rooms that they had repaired. Jim and his staff were courteous, timely, and very respectful of our property. After they completed the drywall repair and painting, they vacuumed the carpets, cleaned up the dust throughout the house, and even moved the furniture back to its original location. Would highly recommend Jim in the future for any upcoming projects.
