+ -1 moreThe overall project was a great success. Our basement almost looks nicer than our main floor. While there were one or two minor issues with the other contractors, Gary did the leg work to keep the project on track. He stayed late if needed, and completed the project in a reasonable, agreed on time frame at the agreed on price.
Description of Work: Starting from scratch, we wanted to fully finish our basement. Gary Speener (owner) met with my wife and me to review the plan, suggesting several improvements to our original layout. He pulled in the necessary resources (electrician, plumber, HVAC, dry wall), took care of all the materials. He did the framing himself, then oversaw completion of the entire project. We now have a large, fully finished Media room with dimming can lights, an equally well finished exercise room separated by oak / glass french doors, a bathroom, and a bonus storage space (at Gary's suggestion). Also added a small closet enclosure for our sump pump and enclosure with counter top over the main water supply. Does not look a basement at all. Total addition of 1000' finished living space.
