 + 0 moreHad bats living under our wooden eaves between the wood and the stone on our old Farmhouse. These guys were professional and installed excluders and also blocked off access points for the little guys. Also a one year guarantee.

 + 0 moreIt did not go well or as explained. Nice people till I signed the contract then no follow up help. Less than 1 year guarantee that they didn't stand behind.
Description of Work: Mostly a talker but I hired them. Caulked and inspected. Bats in the house for 3 days but he said that was normal. My neighbor came over each night to remove them. They didn't come when they first said they would and were quick to make excuses.

 + -1 moreThey basically install a bat doorway whereby bats can exit and can't return, and caulk and patch all other bat entrances. On the initial visit, Jay did a thorough search of the intererior (we had a bat flying around the night before), and then told us how we could shoo the bat out the door - which we easily did that night. We highly recommend these guys!
Description of Work: Installed bat excluder devices and sealed exterior of house and roof against bats. One year warranty.
