Description of Work: They put an addition on our 100+ year old house. The addition included enlarging a bedroom, adding a full bathroom, huge laundry plus, and a full basement complete with "man cave". Paul took great care to tie the old into the new, including making custom mouldings.

 + 1 moreTime was not an issue. More important to me was getting the details I wanted. We also wanted to use local help. Paul accomodated us with everything we wanted. Sometimes that meant waiting longer and most contractors want to use only their own subs because of this. We had some issues with weather and some of the contractors we used, but that was on us, we chose them. Paul's part of the job went smoothly and timely. I used to be a kitchen and bath designer. I know good work when I see it and Paul is wonderful! Every corner is plumb and square. He is a very neat worker, just looking in his van shows how everything has it's place and everynight everything was put back where it belonged. There was no waste in the entire project. Paul was so exact with all his measuring, there was no waste of even a 2x4!!! It was very important to me that we try to make the moldings match the existing moldings as close as possible. Paul custom routed all the wood to make the addition flow with the existing house. I would be happy to show off his work if anyone is interested!
Description of Work: We added 17 feet to the back of our home with full basement. This included enlarging a small bedroom completelyng the exterior wall. We added a first floor bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower 72" x 45". The bath can be accessed by the hall or Master Bedroom. Off the kitchen we added a massive mudroom with several purposes - we have a desk area, bar area, ref/freezer area, closet, boot bench with coat hooks above, wash/dryer and utility sink. There is also a new (safe), set of basement steps down to a finished basement. Did I mention that this was an addition to a hundred year old home and Paul did a wonderful job tying the old into the new!
