+ -1 moreTrent arrived at 8:30am. Made an underground connection from existing cables, through the wall of workshop to the circuit box. I had the holes drilled through the concrete block for him. Cable was too large for the grounding bar, so he mounted a larger terminal for the ground #4 wire in the circuit box. We had an overhead power line to the barn. He spliced this wire and fed it into the barn, where he connected it to the circuit box. Everything when real smooth and Trent was finished in less than 3 hours. He was professional enough to keep me informed of all things code related as he did his work.
Description of Work: Existing 3 wire underground cable was spliced to new cable and fed into circuit breaker in workshop. Three wires were spliced together from existing cable at the barn and fed into the circuit breaker in the barn. Circuit breaker was grounded using 30 ft of #4 copper. New circuit breaker in the barn was setup with 100 amp service. Extra grounding bar was added. Double outlet was mounted to the circuit box. Owner purchased the circuit box, mounted it on the wall, and ran conduit to the exterior of the barn.

+ -1 moreTrent was a great fit for our electric needs. He showed up on time for the work and got me started on work that I could do to save on his billable labor. He is personable, friendly and always took time to answer my questions . Everything went really smooth and he finished his work in 4 hours. His price included $118 of materials. Before he left, he walked me through the next electrical project that will involve supplying electricity to another outbuilding. I will definitely be using his services again. Trent's estimate came in well under my other estimate and from what I can tell, I did not have to settle for less quality.
Description of Work: Installed electric pedestal for new underground electric service to the house. Removed some of the old conduit, attached the pedestal to the house, fed new wires into the pedestal and from pedestal to the circuit box inside the house. Connected new well wire inside the house to the well pressure switch with flexible metal conduit and ran a new flex metal conduit to the panel from the pressure switch. Added a second ground rod with #4 ground wire to the circuit breaker. Pigtailed well pump wiring to the new underground well wire.
