I ordered cabinets from Cabinets to Go from their Caledonia store 8/28/13. The price was right and they offered 0% financing. It turns out the cabinets that I purchased were not all available. One month later I received half of my cabinets. Going on two months now and I still am missing 8 of my wall cabinets. I was completely misled about the time the cabinets would take. With a name like "Cabinets to go" you would think that implied relatively quick order turn around. More like Cabinets to Go to H*** and Wait. Terrible customer service.If you call corporate they will tell you things like "they are on the train and un traceable". Here I am with supposed to pay off a credit card for a kitchen I can't even put together. Frustrated beyond words. UPDATE10/28 Put a hold on my credit card and let them know about it. John couldn't tell me when I would receive my cabinets he told me they could be as far off as December. They will be taking these cabinets back. UNREAL. Awful company, awful service. They advertise 2500 kitchen cabinets but it will be $4400+. Advertised discounts are at the discretion of the store manager and can vary from 15-35%. Go to HOBO if price is an issue. Better service and I will be paying $3900 for similar quality cabinets, pre assembled, delivered. 7-10 days for the cabinets I chose. I can't wait another 4 weeks for the semi custom ones. STAY AWAY FROM CABINETS TO GO.
