SCC provides quality work, and extraordinary customer service at the best value. SCC is owned and operated by Tom Vogler and was started in 2005. With over 1600 cleaning jobs completed by himself, including residential, commercial and apartments, he has no employees and does not sub contract any of the work out. "I did work for servpro as a subcontractor. They mismanaged the project from the beginning, creating an unhappy customer from the beginning which made our job very difficult. Our work was done to high standards and was fully completed and inspected. Servpro was paid in full months ago and still refuses to pay us even though the customer asked them to pay us in full. Now we have to lien the customer's home even though they paid in full. It is our only recourse to be paid. The owner bullies his subcontractors and I personally witnessed him bullying two different customers. I would avoid servpro as I would the plague."
