Emailed them in December so I could have it replaced by early summer. Talked to them in May in person on the job site. Received the bid at the end of June. Not sure if they have the experience to do such a job or maybe they just pick and choose the jobs they want to do. Very poor response time hopefully they don't take that long to do the job.

Dennis did a great job and would use him again.

Fantastic! The septic estimate went great. We had had another company come to give an estimate, and while they were professional, they said we only had one option for our septic and it wasn't what we had hoped for. So we contacted Andry Rasmussen & Sons to get a second opinion. Not only were they quick to come out, they had several other ideas and even arranged for the inspector to come out (quite promptly) and for soil testing to be done to verify that these other options were truly viable options. I appreciated them thinking outside the box and taking the initiative to get approval for these options before presenting them to us. We have also had them out to do some smaller plumbing upgrade work for us on our cabin. They guys who came to do the work were very professional, explained everything very well, and were respectful of our cabin and our time. We will use these guys in the future without hesitation.

Have not had the job done yet because of OUR schedule.

They pinpointed the problem, got the work done quickly, were very professional and were on their way.

The service was fine. They did good work, and I was happy with it. Punctuality and responsiveness are at the top of the list, and I would use Rasmussen again.
