Movers were very polite, handled the move smoothly showing consideration for personal property in the home. They called earlier than scheduled to see if they could come sooner, which ended up working out well for us. Very pleased with the service and the price was reasonable.

They made it look so easy. They came and in 15 minutes the piano was down the (narrow) stairs and in the truck. Very professional. Highly recommend.

They did an excellent job moving our upright from our living room into our garage so that our daughter can figure out where she wants to put it! They had to maneuver over some treacherous loose flagstones, and did a perfect job. They were fair in price, and I had full confidence they knew what they were doing. Now my daughter will be calling them to move it to her place!

They were so friendly, quick, & the price was amazing because I was able to combine my piano move with other ones they were making at the same time. I've moved my piano numerous times in the past, & this was one of the easiest, least expensive companies I've ever used. I was also able to move it within a week and a half of calling them, which is almost unheard of. I will only use and recommend Piano Transport in the future.

It went well. Jarrod and his helper did a good job moving the piano. We were pleased with the professionalism and care taken. The cost is variable because it depends on how many other pieces are being transported out of state at the time but, we thought it was a very fair amount.

The movers were prompt and courteous and definitely earned their money. I only have once criticism. I had initially booked my move 3 weeks in advance and was the only job scheduled at that time. 4 or 5 days before the pick up they called and asked if I could change to a different day because they now had a larger piano to pick up that day too. I agreed, but was not impressed that although I had booked my move first, I was pushed aside for a more lucrative job.

Movers were polite, patient and respectful. I think it went very well. The handling of the piano took minutes. the most time was spent trying to figure out where the new apt was! Again my error. They deserved every cent of their $40 tip. Thank you!

Providers were on time and prepared. The new house location was challenging but they creatively solved the issues presented. Would recommend them.

When I called, their price was the cheapest so I went with them. They originally said they would come today between 1 and 3:00. But, they called and were ready earlier if I was. So, they came and did an incredible job. The piano is big and heavy and they had a tricky turn to maneuver to get it out of the house. They got it out with very little problem. From start to finish, it took less than an hour including put doors back on and putting their ramps and tarp back in the truck. Jared (sp?) and his partner were courteous and amazingly efficient. When it was all done and they had left, I felt bad that I had not tipped them. I called them back and Jared said no need. I paid what was quoted and that's all they expected. If you are looking to move a piano, call them. I got excellent service and wish I had more pianos to move!

My overall move was a bit of a nightmare — a lot of rescheduling, some unexpected (is there any other kind?) chaos, and some frankly bad service from some of my selected companies. But Piano Transport (aka Piano Wizards) were a shining exception — they were absolutely wonderful. They managed the shifts in dates with grace and good humor, turned up on time, and did a marvelous job moving the piano. The piano is a family heirloom, and I never felt nervous about how it was being treated. They obviously know their job, and know pianos, thoroughly. All in all, this was a complaint-free move. I recommended them on Facebook, and will enthusiastically provide all my musician friends with the referral. A+ service — would have been worth twice the price.

They were very careful. I have had pianos my whole life and I know how the baby grand's have to be taken apart and they were very professional piano movers, so they knew what to do. They got the date wrong but when I called to ask them where they were, they scrambled, got a team together and did show up.

Tom Scott and his strong assistants actually arrived at my Mother-in laws alittle earlier than our appointed time but Tom did call me and let me know so I could inform her. My husband met them there but by the time he arrived the piano was coming out the front door. At our home they spread quilts and began the process of bringing the piano into our narrow front door. They could only go a short distance inside and then they had to make a sharp turn to go up the stairs. My husband and I held our breath and tried not to look an they hoisted the piano up the steps and around the tight corners. The piano is a particular model that has a heavy steel beam in the back which makes it even heavier. Our hardwood floors were covered with quilts during the whole process. They gracefully hoisted and placed the piano in its place. Mr. Scott was very knowledgeable about our particular piano, where it was made and how it was made. He shared that information with us.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE PIANO MOVED AND AT THE TIME I HAD ASKED THEM ABOUT MOVING THE LARGE SCREEN TV AS WELL. THEY MOVED THE TV AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

I WAS HAPPY WITH MY SERVICE, THEY WERE CAREFUL WITH DELIVERY. WERE TIMELY WITH RETURNING PHONE CALLS IN ARRANGING TIME FOR TRANSPORT. I LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY SUGGESTED I COULD SAVE MONEY BY WAITING UNTIL THEY HAD A PIANO IN THE AREA OF MINE.
