Have used them for many years with good results. They have been able to do things that other providers (ChemLawn, et al) failed to do.

They are great. We still continue to use them. They are great. Our lawn looks amazing. Everything is really really good.

They are very prompt. Their work is very good. My yard looks better than it has in years. I have been using them for several years now. I am very happy with it. The workers are very friendly. There is a whole group of neighbors here that they do and when the guys show up and if you happen to be out, they will tell you when they are going to do yours or they will talk to you. They are very friendly. They do not leave anything lying around. They are very good. I would recommend them.

The crew was professional and experienced.

Fertilizer applications were great, prompt service, polite servicemen. Aeration was poor. Not many plugs on lawn after they were done. We will keep them for next year for the fertilization but not the aeration.

A little pricey but I'm happy with the results so far.

I was very happy with LCS except for the price. I switched from a competitor to LCS because my parents used them and their lawn was beautiful. I have approx. .87 acre and was charged approx. $107.00 per application, and that was with a referral discount. My lawn looked great but that is too much money. I currently use a competitor who charges me $54.00 per application. My lawn doesn't look quite as good, but still very acceptable. LCS also used a chemical called imprellis which damaged many of my pine trees. They were very helpful in getting that situation resolved. If LCS could come somewhat close to the price I get from their competitor, I would go back to them.

I hired this company and after one try they forgot to fertilize a big section of my lawn so I fired them. One of their main guys Scott emailed me and stated that I would get a full credit. To my surprise a month later they sent me a bill stating that I am past due. What a joke of a company. Definitely stay away from them.

I have been using their service for three years now and we haven't had any problems with weeds. They always leave flags up in the yard so I know when they've been there. The prices are reasonable, more so if you pay in full ahead of time. They suggest upsells with every visit, including spraying for bug control.

When I was shopping around for a lawn care provider LCS had a competitive price and good reviews on Angie's List, so I thought I would give them a try. I am pleased to say that my yard looks great, especially when compared my neighbor who does not treat. When hiring LCS I requested that they call my home the day before coming out as I have 2 dogs and they have followed through on this request every time. I plan to hire LCS again for the 2014 season.

(I believe the application was applied in early August, but do not recall the exact date.) The company appeared to have missed the outer edges of the lawn, because I noticed several full-grown weeds a couple days after their weed control application was applied, particularly, on the north side of the house. I contacted the company to advise of the weeds, and they said they would come out to treat the edges. Last week the company advised that they applied another treatment at no cost. About 24 hours after I paid for the lawn treatment, they charged me a second time. Either they applied a duplicate charge, or reneged on the free second application. Either way, we did not agree to a second charge. This incident occurred after we were given a quote over the phone for one price, and saw another price on a letter they sent to us later. Because the additional cost was due to added on taxes, we just paid the nominal extra. However, this second surprise is too much for us to continue doing business with this company. We have seen no real reduction of the weeds, so I am not sure this company is even effective. However, perhaps it takes a while for weeds to die. Bottom line: I am not advising anyone to steer clear of the company, but suggest you just be really specific so you and this company are on the same page. Apparently, there is some mis-communication between us and the company when it comes to pricing, so we will refrain from using them again.

Our experience with them has been fine. We have been interested in not using chemicals or fertilizer on the lawn. There was some confusion in if we were wanting to continue service or not with them.

My husband and I have used this service for over 20 years now. We have been completely satisfied with the results. They are prompt and always let us know when they are coming in case it is inconvenient and we need to pick a different date. We sign up for their yearly service and they offer a discount if you pay in full before February of each year.

The company is very slow to provide an estimate. Although I called them first and followed up with them three times, over three days, requesting an estimate, they didn't provide one until a week later. In the meantime, I called another company, got an estimate, and signed a contract for lawn fertilization services.

The people at LCS Lawn are all friendly and responsive, but the effectiveness is questionable. I hired them because we were having difficulty with two specific types of weeds they told me they could eliminate. LCS was scheduled to come out periodically throughout the season (part of 2011 and 2012) and charged me almost $200 per treatment, but there was little to no change with the weed situation. Actually, new weeds appeared where there had been none. I believe they were fertilizing the lawn and only spot-treating weeds. This may work on a small lawn, but ours is large and it was ineffective. Ultimately we did not care about fertilizing, we cared about getting rid of the weeds. I was also not happy with lack of a specified schedule. I did not want to have to keep calling to find out when they were coming, nor did I want to have to walk my lawn to check their work a week or two after their treatments, so it did not work for me.

I contracted LCS after a search in the spring to replace the service used the prior year ( out of business). I was impressed with the LCS estimate and thoroughness of the review of my lawn issues. I signed a contract for a year to include grub treatments, fall aeration and over-seeding to build up trouble spots in the lawn. I realize we had a tough, dry summer, but I believe that is when you need expert help from the pros. That is not what I received. Timing of treatments, aeration and over-seeding during the drought were a total waste of money and the lawn looks worse than before.

We bought our house in Oct. 2011 and didn't really realize the scope of the lawn problems until the next spring of 2012. I have always taken care of my own lawn and planned to do so with this property also, I quickly discovered that the problems were well beyond my expertise...I had about 6 different kinda of weeds growing, lots of bare spots and many areas of dead or dying grass. My wife and I decided to try a lawn service. LCS had good reviews on Angie's List so I called them first. I signed up for the entire year of treatments which saved me 10%. The total bill was only about $350 for the whole year. It was the best investment I've made in the house to date. Within a week of the first treatment, probably 90% of the weeds were dead, Over the course of the summer, we had about 6 treatments and the lawn now is lush, thick, green, and almost completely weed free. They actually came out one extra time. The technition always leaves a detail of what they did, and I wasn't happy that they had applied only an insect control and not a weed control or fertilizer. I called and voiced my displeasure, and the next day, someone came out and applied fertilizer and weed control at no extra charge. They came out in October and did an aeration, overseed and fertilizer for about $35. This should get me a good start on next spring. One thing I would suggest is if you are going to do this program, sign up early (like February), so that you get the early treatment for crabgrass. I started in late spring, so I missed the first treatment for crabgrass. The best time to deal with crabgrass is BEFORE it emerges. This coming spring (2013) I will be ready for the first treatment and my lawn will appreciate it! Also be aware that you can pay one treatment at a time if you can't afford to pay for the entire year at once. It comes out to about $30-$0 per treatment depending on the size of your property.

They came out and gave us an estimate. It was better than other estimates we had been given. I also liked the fact that they didn't try to push all kinds of extra services on you. They come about every 5 weeks to spray for weeds, fertilize, etc., this turns out to be about 5 times a season plus a trip for the aeration and over seeding. Our lawn looks fuller and healthier than it did at the beginning of the summer before they started coming. Everyone I've dealt with from the people in the office, the technicians that come out and the person who came out to give us the estimate have been very nice and professional. I also like the fact that they don't constantly call you trying to get you to take extra services. Another great thing about LCS, is that once you're their customer and they quote you a price, that's your price for the whole time you're their customer. I will definitely continue to use them and would recommend them.

My lawn had really started looking bad a few years ago and I found LCS at the Home and Garden Show. They gave me a quote on the spot so I decided to try them. I haven't stopped using them. I think my lawn looks great.

It's been half of a season and there has been dramatic improvement with weed control. The lawn looks great. They used an organic treatment and we eventually signed up for an seasonal treatment plan for the 2012 summer. They took pride in their work and even blew off my neighbor's driveway so as not to contaminate other areas.

They are really good. This is our 2nd year with them. They are very thorough, timely and very informative. They give us instructions as to what we need to do to keep our lawn looking good. Their professionalism is excellent. The price is great. We have had other providers and they have been the best we have had so far. We are satisfied with them. We would definitely continue to use them in the future.

Excellent results. First time in 30 years that I have not had clover or other broad leaf weeds.

They were excellent. We love them. They are very responsive. Their prices are competitive. They seem very knowledgeable. We have used them in the pas and our lawn has never looked better. The price we paid was for a package they were offering. To just have the trees sprayed it would be $35 for two trees.

They were great. They were excellent...They worked with my schedule & got the work done.

They charged us a $100 for all the three services together. It was not really a positive experience with them. There was nothing special. The overseeding was not really working. It didn’t really help a lot. We cancelled the second appointment with them because we were not really convinced of their service. I had to overseed myself again afterwards. So that’s why we cancelled the second appointment. Their price was okay I guess. Their responsiveness was pretty good. We did not really make any fixed appointment. We may not use their services again in the future.
