 + -1 more-forgot to mow my lawn the first week the lawn was growing. Didn't clear a tree that fell over my lawn until I asked about it. -forgot to clear my driveway until I called every time it snowed. -last time, a lot of snow, didn't clear drive way for three days (told me when I called after the second evening with no clearing of snow, that they wouldn't be able to do it for another day because their was a breakdown), after it was clear, thick crust of ice over 1/3 of drive way that I and a nice neighbor cleared on our own.

Description of Work: Called over 2 weeks ago for a quote. I spoke with owners, and they said they would have quote for me by the end of the week (2-3 days). I am still waiting 2 weeks later. We ended up doing the work ourselves.
