ACTION MOVING & STORAGE

Mike & his crew were excellent. They were punctual & very receptive to any changes that needed to be made at the last moment. The entire crew were very professional, hard working & frequently checked in with me about how I wanted things done, where to place items, etc. In short, Action Moving & Storage was the best thing about this move. They made it seamless & easy. This is a company you can trust to do right by you!

They were on time. Very speedy, clean, protective of our furniture and was delivered in perfect condition. Was done in a timely matter! Reasonable rates!

Went well. Keep track of time though, ie when they arrive and end. The first time we used them they arrived late but we were charged for an extra hour because we went over the 2 hour quoted time.

Moved my wife and I from Fox Lake to our new apartment in Watertown. They were quick, efficient, and careful. The two gentlemen were very nice and worked really well together. Great experience!

These guys are very good! They take their business very serious. they handled things as though it was their property they were moving. They showed up on time. they took good care to see that all items that needed to be wrapped with pads were. They were very professional, friendly and efficient. I would use them again for sure, and i do recommend them to others. They went over and above what was expected. They even helped us organize our storage locker at the new location.

They did a great job getting as much stuff in the moving trailers as possible. They were extremely careful in removing the furniture from the second floor, down a stairway with two turns and out the door. They were all business from the moment they arrived and they were punctual. As we hired them to only load the trailers, they could not guarantee the state of our goods upon arrival. We moved from Wisconsin to Washington state. Only one small magazine holder was scratched and a microwave cart had a few of the slats come loose from the bottom shelf. A few of boxes were loaded upside down. Several of the boxes were somewhat crushed, but I fault the quality of the boxes and not how the stuff was loaded. Do not buy moving boxes from Lowes for a long distance move. We were very pleased with their professionalism and would recommend them without any hesitation.
