Description of Work: We had them under contract to come out several times a year and spray the perimeter of our house and garage, as well as inside the house, with a solution designed to prevent pests from entering the buildings. They also placed bait stations in strategic locations to determine if there had been any pest activity (ie, mouse bait in the garage.) Only one time in several years did I see any pests and had to call them to come back out. They did so promptly and at no charge, as per agreement.

+ -1 moreThey will come back free for any bugs in the house. We've only had them do this once. They are so good, they take care of the problems.
Description of Work: They spray three times a year on the exterior of house and detached garage, spray inside the house and apply bait traps for mice. They kill ant hills.
