MH Renovations (Matt and Celina) worked with us on finishing our 2,000 sq. ft basement, including plumbing/electric upgrades, framing/drywall, egress windows, etc. They are both professional and easy to work with (super nice). They proactively identified issues, walked me through them in a way I could understand, and gave me options on how to proceed along with their recommendation. They have a strong network in all the trades and a good relationship with the city for permits. They finished the job ahead of schedule and there were no surprise costs - and the result is amazing. I have already hired them again. I will call them for all of my needs going forward. Strongly recommend!!

Project went great. We've hired MH for four jobs, ranging from $1,.200 to $36K over the past year, the most recent big job being the addition of a 3-season room, which looks great. Looking forward to some season other than hot and humid now. Our price went up from last year's estimate as building supply costs soared, but I believe their estimates are always reasonable. Couldn't be nicer or more reliable family to deal with, with attention to detail and quality finishing touches.

We just completed our second project with MH Renovations (Matt & Celina) and are about to begin our third. From the very beginning of the project Matt and Celina were willing to work with us and answer every question we had and every design suggestion we asked them to weigh in on. With our home renovation we were out of our house for over a month and MH Renovations and their subcontractors were in our house 6 days a week. After weeks of Matts crews being in our home and stopping by to see the progress it felt like everyone was family. We hired MH Renovations for a gut reno of our home. They turned our 1940’s home into a masterpiece. From our initial inquiry with them through to completion of our project, they were professional, very responsive and masters at their work. They handled the gut reno of our kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring, painting and lighting of the entire home. They made what could have been a very stressful project, enjoyable. Our home was completed within the timeframe and budget that was promised to us. We recommend them to all and will be using them for future projects.

Matt and Celina were a pleasure to work with and produced top quality results. We did a full kitchen renovation and had pieces of two walls removed to open up some smaller-sized rooms. We got the dream kitchen my wife has only waited 30-plus years for, and it was worth the wait. Matt and Celina were very efficient, responsive, pleasant and punctual (much more likely to be early than late). Even during a pandemic, he was great at keeping the project moving forward. Definitely hope to hire them again.

Matt and his crew recently remodeled our mudroom/laundry room, to include a foot washing/doggy shower area, beautiful new tile flooring, new lighting, loads of custom cabinetry and custom lockers. We could not be more pleased with the end result and had such a wonderful experience with Matt and his crew. Everyone was very respectful of our home and environment, and cleaned up their work spaces at the end of each and every day. Excellent craftsmanship, communication and professionalism throughout the entire project! Even after things were seemingly said and done, he returned to fix an issue that arose after a final adjustment from a sub-contractor, for which we are extremely grateful! We smile every time we walk into our new, beautifully updated space and look forward to working with MH Renovations again for additional upcoming projects. Matt and his team were incredibly professional, communicated very effectively and completed our project within a week. They were also wonderful about cleaning up and ensuring they did not damage any of the areas around where they were working. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and have already inquired about their availability and interest to bid on additional work for us. We highly recommend them.

Matt and his crew were excellent with communication (especially) and punctuality. If they said they would be at the house at a certain time, they were there and ready to work. Any time we had any remodeling issues come up, they were very communicative with us about troubleshooting and helped us through the steps of the project, since we'd never remodeled to that extent before. Great company, and great with kids (and dogs) as well! I would recommend them to anyone! They will be doing more work on our house in the future when we need them.

This was the third project Matt and his crew have done for us, and the work was top notch as always. Very professional and on time for both the estimate and the work, great communication throughout the process, and excellent work. Will definitely use again!

We are very happy with all of the work done. Matt and his team were very professional, detail oriented and responsive to any questions we had during the remodel. All of the work was completed on time and we were kept up to date with any changes and with the schedule. His Prices are reasonable and we were able to get everything we wanted done within our budget. Our kitchen and sunroom are now beautiful and functional. Everything was top-notch when working with Matt and his crew. His professionalism is second to none. He was personable and friendly during the estimate. All correspondence was timely (usually responses within the hour, but definitely the day), work was done efficiently and exactly as desired, daily clean-up was thorough. Quality of work on the house was done well. Matt (the owner) is very willing to listen to ideas and make corrections when necessary. He is very responsive and engaged in the project.

MH Renovation was recommended to me by a very close friend. I sent MH Renovations an email to see if they would come to my home to discuss this remodeling project that we wanted to do, They were very responsive, had appointment set, they came to our home sat down with us and listened and wrote down things that we were thinking of doing. They did all the measuring, they offered suggestions which was really nice, because they brought things to our attention that we were not thinking about. After that first appointment, we knew this was the right place to go. Easy to talk to, very professional. They had the drawings and estimates back to us within a couple of days, we sat down discussed everything and we sealed the deal. They indicated that they had to order the new cabinets that we picked from the selection that they showed us, they also brought pieces of granite for us to pick from, they recommended Floor and Décor for looking at flooring and back splash which was a great place to go, and within two weeks they were here working, They showed up early every morning, worked all day, cleaned up before they left for the day, made sure that we were happy with what they were doing of which we were. They even provided their electricians, plumbers, guys that did the flooring and back splash, and they did a great job also, They made me a beautiful wine cabinet with a granite top, and it looks amazing. Even though my kitchen is done. I have a couple of more things I want MH Renovations to do for me, as I know the quality of work they do and I know it will be done the way I want it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
