I phoned MH Renovations for a quote on replacement windows for our home. Matt(owner) answered and quickly arranged a time to stop in.. He arrived on time and listened to my need and recommended a window for us. Work was done on time and the person installing was very professional. Installer cleaned up his work area before leaving. Would highly recommend Matt and his company to anyone looking for replacement windows.

It all went great! Matt & crew gave us an open floor plan which included straightening old floor and putting in pergo flooring. New kitchen with base board trim along with crown molding in living & kitchen area. Matt responded promptly with any questions we had and was always on time and available.

It went wonderfully. Matt worked with me with many different options and quotes (he really showed patience with my numerous questions ). He worked his schedule around the project so that it could be completed before I needed to do my spring planting. (I container garden on the deck in addition to a small raised garden) The work was completed in a timely fashion, turned out beautifully. He is a joy to work with. He & his staff are considerate, and professional. Always willing to accommodate the client. They also added some "extras'" to improve my garden which was greatly appreciated. MH Renovations has done a great deal of work for me in the past as well as currently & I will continue to hire them & recommend them. I have already had numerous complements from my neighbors on the quality of work & business ethic.

Matt was very quick in response, very professional and answered all of my millions of questions both before and during the project. He took care of every detail from permits to supplies to finishing touches. Only took 7 working days to complete as well, which was quicker than we thought. He and his guys did high quality work, and it turned out better than my husband and I were expecting. We will contact them again for future projects.

MH Renovations did an excellent job remodeling our lake house. The scope of the remodeling involved window replacement, complete kitchen remodel, complete remodel of 2 bathrooms, including removing soaker tubs and installing walk in custom tiled showers. Removing walls in kitchen and living room, new doors and hardware, painting, electric work, plumbing, which includes moving laundry room. Matt is an honest contractor, all work was completed in an expeditious manner and above expectations. The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Matt used subcontractors who were knowledgeable and competent in their respective trades. Matt kept me closely informed of work crew schedules, delivery dates, and projected completion dates of different phases of our project. His communication (whether by cell phone or email) was always clear and imformative. He was either available on his cell phone, or returned my phone call promptly. I can recommend him highly and without reservation.

It went very well. They used my plumber and HVAC man, per my request (additional cost), used dependable subcontractors (drywaller & electrician). MH Renovations honored my requests based on my design concept, and worked extremely hard to solve any issues that came up, providing a fine finished product. They used reputable vendors and helped me get the best pricing. They were always willing to work around my budget constraints. In fine tuning the end result they were there to adjust anything that need adjusting. Throughout the process I always had my questions or concerns answered in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for a better relationship. It was a pleasure working with them.

Matt was very responsive, accessible at all times, He completed all the work as promised including all the minor punch list items. When something went wrong (which always happens with jobs this large) he was on top of it immediately and worked to resolve the issues right away. He was really a pleasure to work with and felt he went above and beyond--even doing some of the work himself when it was necessary. A very hands on contractor who stayed with the job until the very end.

Matt & Team replaced all of our windows including our Bay Window. The entire team was professional and friendly. We love the quality of the products used and immediately noticed a difference in the outside noise level by the bay window. I would recommend MH Renovations as a service provider and will absolutely use them for future home improvements. A big thanks to Matt and the installation team - Great Job!

We have had nothing but a wonderful experience with MH. We got the initial estimate the same day that Matt came out to discuss the projects and take measurements. The work started precisely when he said it would. He constantly kept us up-to-date on plans; offered suggestions/alternatives; and gave us advice on totally unrelated projects that we were doing ourselves. He even helped us out a bit on some of those things! Matt and Ryan were always at work early and they cleaned up before leaving. The screen room is done and exceeds our expectations. All inspections went smoothly. Although the bathroom is not done yet (but it is on schedule) we expect that it also will be of the same high quality. They were professional in their dealings with us and it what we saw in their dealings with inspectors. We will use MH Renovations for any future needs we may have and will (and have) highly recommended them to our friends.

I needed a huge (16"x32") dog door installed into the back door of my 125 yr old house. I contacted M H Renovations and Matt was out to do the quote within a couple of days. The existing 125 yr old door was too thin to accomodate the dog door and the exterior door was also an odd size which could have meant ordering an expensive custom replacement door, but the contractor figured out a way to alter a stock door to do the job saving me a ton of money!! Privacy surround helps keep winds coming from the north and west at bay and also hides the view of the dog door from anyone who may peek over my fence.The job was done in one visit. Looks great. No mess was left behind and my dogs love it! No more worries about the dogs waiting for me if I'm delayed at work. Highly recommend!

From first contact Matt (the owner) was kind and thorough in his work. It started with a free estimate, which gave accurate and reasonable pricing, then prompt instillation. MH Renovations installed 12 windows in my home in the dead of winter. They were respectfull to the interior of my home and moved quickly when working with openings. When all was completed they took the time to show me the finished product and go over all details of the work completed. Also taking time to answer any questions. The work completed was to my highest of standard. I would recommend them to anyone who wants their work done right the first time. Everything went fine. They were on time and finished. He was very prompt. The price was good. He always got back to us and we will definitely be using them again.

It was a very good experience. We couldn't find somebody to install the flooring because we already had it which was our problem. The flooring looks like wood but it is vinyl planks. They were 6 inches wide by 3 feet wide. It was peel and stick. The other floor was Pergo flooring that is snapped together which was done in the basement. It was a floating floor. They were very good and we invited them back. We are using them again. They were absolute dolls. They were actually early.

Job was quoted and work completed in about a week. Repairs look great, no mess left behind, finished ahead of schedule. Very happy!
